Nice ambiance. We had brunch buffet there. It was disappointing that no one collected dirty dishes until we asked and also, last time, there were servers walking around with sushi and oysters. Contrarily, this time, we were not served sushi until half an hour after we had already gotten our food. The service quality was mediocre.

EVERY time I’ve dined there the entire experience is wonderful. Our server this time was Ashely and she was delightful, helpful, fun and made the evening even better. I didn’t get the name of the man who seated us and he was also wonderful. We have never been disappointed in the food and the service is FANTASTIC.

Service was very slow. We were there over 30 minutes before we got our appetizer. I was so excited about the parmesan garlic knots, but they didn't come with whipped ricotta like it said on the menu and they were not warm. There was too much butter on them that did not melt because they were cold. Food didn't come with the sauces promised. Ordered the chicken and waffles that said it came with gravy and syrup and neither of those were brought out with the food until we asked for maple syrup. Our server did get our food and check to us quicker after we told him we had to get to a show at the Kennedy Center, but it was stressful thinking we wouldn't make it in time.

Our waitress was inattentive. Our plates piled up. We had to seek out straws on our own. We have to wave her down for coffee. I was not happy. The food was put out in small quantities on the buffet, so most of the time they didn't have what they were advertising (no whip cream, no ham, no bacon, etc). For the price, I expected better.

We had a reservation but had to wait a bit for the table, but once we were seated everything went really well. The food was crowd-pleasing for two families and the drinks were spot on. We would go back!

I won’t be coming back. I was disappointed on all levels in this location. It was loud…didn’t matter where you were outdoors or indoor. Restrooms were dirty, food was subpar and the server could have done a little more to ensure we had our water refilled.
