Founding Farmers, le Greenest Restaurant à Washington, appartient à plus de 40.000 familles d'agriculteurs du NDFU. Sa nourriture et ses boissons sont inspirées de la cuisine américaine et tout est confectionné de A à Z.

Bien que notre restaurant est alimenté par des centaines de fermes familiales, cela ne veut pas dire que nous connaissons chaque ferme, et cela ne signifie pas que nous ne devons pas acheter des produits de la chaîne d'approvisionnement traditionnelle, toutefois nous nous efforçons d’aligner nos dépenses avec nos valeurs fondamentales.

Everything was great, however on very cold nights the place should be a tad bit warmer it felt cold inside.

Great service, great cocktail, disappointed in food. Meatloaf was a big block of very charred meat that was over cooked, string beans cold. I’ve eaten here often…first time food wasn’t all that good.

Big menu, homemade bread, fresh catch fish was delicious 2 ways we had. Lots of veg options, drinks. Manager came to our table to make sure our food allergies were safe, even with menu disclaimer.

First, great food. Second great service. Location was excellent. Restaurant was clean and the staff (again) s great. Looking forward to visiting Founders Farmers DC next time we are in D.C.

Everytime I come to DC, I always make it a point to eat at Founding Farmers. And it never disappoints. I always enjoy my meal and the food is super delicious.

Everyone enjoyed their food (crab cake Benedict, avocado toast, 2 classic breakfast with different items) coffee was good but cup was empty for 10 min before she checked on us. In morning I like to not run out. Guy who brought food out got grits from bottom plate on top plate and didn’t seem to care. He wasn’t a very friendly person and glad he wasn’t our waiter. Restaurant was clean.

We had a reservation however we had to wait 15 minutes or so for tables to clear out. They accommodated our party of five including an infant in a stroller. Drinks were slow to arrive however a manager graciously offered to cover another round. Drinks were amazing despite the delay. Food was delicious. I had the shrimp and home made linguine. The shrimp was slightly overcooked but overall still very tasty. We loved the variety of dishes and options. Portions were generous. We will definitely come back again!
