Founding Farmers, le Greenest Restaurant à Washington, appartient à plus de 40.000 familles d'agriculteurs du NDFU. Sa nourriture et ses boissons sont inspirées de la cuisine américaine et tout est confectionné de A à Z.

Bien que notre restaurant est alimenté par des centaines de fermes familiales, cela ne veut pas dire que nous connaissons chaque ferme, et cela ne signifie pas que nous ne devons pas acheter des produits de la chaîne d'approvisionnement traditionnelle, toutefois nous nous efforçons d’aligner nos dépenses avec nos valeurs fondamentales.
Nous servons la meilleure nourriture possible, faite de A à Z dans nos cuisines quotidiennement. Nos plats américains, innovants sont principalement fais avec des ingrédients du terroir, honorant les agriculteurs et leur travail.

I enjoy this place. I haven’t been back to this area since 2019 so I had to return to eat here since I was in town. It did not disappoint. The food was a salty for us this time around.

Arrived after booking a table for 7.30. When we were seated there were two large parties making the noise levels uncomfortable. I was sat opposite the sink on the other side of the bar. My view was of all the pipe work and waste pipes. Not pleasant. There was also confusion over the fried chicken steak. I ask the waitress if it was a chicken steak and she said it was. It was actually a fried steak covered in batter. I should have asked if it was chicken? Why that name really confusing. My partners meal was OK. The steak tasty. The veg cold. We did tell the waitress who got us some more cold veg. Such a shame. I had pancakes earlier in the week here and they were fantastic.

Seating was an issue. we were seated upstairs where it was too cold from the AC. Had to request to move downstairs.

We were visiting over brunch and we were not rushed out by our waiter. In fact she was wonderful. Food came in good time and it was excellent. Made our visit all the more special.

Man bestellt „Starter“ und „Main Course“ und alles wird gleichzeitig gebracht. Nach dezenterm Hinweis wurden die Haupgerichte weggenommen und warmgestellt. Über die anschließende Qualität der Speisen muss man nicht näher eingehen. Fazit: für diesen äußerst unverschämten Service und die entsprechend schlechte Qualität war das alles maßlos überteuert.

One of the best dinners I have had in a long time. Crab and artichoke dip was served hot and yummy. Scallops meuniere over risotto cooked to perfection, skirt steak and enchiladas was on point. For dessert, the beignets were perfection. Loved all the different options on the menu as well. Make a reservation, the walk in line was crazy it is so popular.

This is by far the worst FF location. Food and service is good and consistent and other locations, not this one. Sadly not a single thing we ordered was actually good.

Essen, Auswahl und Service sehr gut. Ein bisschen laut, ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert, überhaupt für den ersten Abend in Washington DC. Die Gegend rund um die George Washington University ist sehr entspannt und macht einen sicheren Eindruck.

This is a wonderful restaurant, with a varied and fascinating menu, great food, and excellent service. And I was surprised at how quiet it was despite so many people being in it. That was a help for someone like me with some hearing issues. A terrific experience from beginning to end
