Ring in Fairmont Olympic’s 100th with a “Gilded Age” New Year’s Eve in Founders Club. Enjoy a specially curated cocktail menu in the Fairmont Olympic's signature speakeasy bar. Tickets priced per person at $150++. Each ticket includes a glass of Dom Perignon upon entrance and secures your table for the duration of the evening. Ticketed reservations begin at 9pm and are available for parties of 1 to 6 guests. A strict 72-hour cancellation policy applies; credit card required to guarantee your reservation.

The vibe of the place was nice it was supposed to resemble a speakeasy. However no one is at the door to let you in and the prices of the small hors d’oeuvres were astronomical. The food was much better outside in the main lobby but overall it was a nice location

Unfortunately our experience fell flat. The hostess was not present upon arrival so we stood outside the book shelf for a while before just going in. We were meeting friends who were already inside and they ended up just walking in as well. Server was nice, but it took her a while to greet us and drinks took a good ten minutes. Bar was only half full so it wasn’t overly busy.

A fun atmosphere and idea, but it took 40 mins for the cocktails to arrive. Might just do drinks in the hotel lobby next time.

For a speakeasy, it lacked the The speakeasy. Door was always open. Chairs looked cozy however we not. Pricing was outrageous. Felt like was just in another part of the hotel bar.

The bartender was absolutely amazing and the drinks he prepared were works of art. Can’t wait to go back

It was very good but the $45 cocktails did not seem to be worth the cost. Excellent service and ambience. The waiter did an outstanding job.

We had the best time here! They were running a bit behind on reservation times but the lovely woman at the front desk went above and beyond to communicate when we would be seated and even sent over some bubbles while we waited for our drinks to be made. It’s a beautiful place but she made the experience!
