Fossetta is a natural wine bar and restaurant in the Lower East Side. Charlene Santiago (formerly of The John Dory Oyster Bar and Reynard) and Josh Even (Tosca Cafe in SF, Breslin Bar & Dining Room, The Spotted Pig) have curated a menu of Sourdough Focaccia, Antipasti, and House-Made Pastas influenced by the flavors of Italy and the Mediterranean. The oft-changing wine list features natural wines from small producers from around the world. Large garage doors provide a casual indoor/outdoor European appeal. Come for a glass of wine and snacks, or enjoy a full dinner, or celebrate a special occasion. Open for Lunch and Brunch as well!

Exclusive Brunch offerings such as our creamy Polenta w/ Poached Eggs & Mushrooms and our Breakfast Sandwich made on our House-Made Potato Bun, Melted Fontina Cheese & your choice of Bacon, Avocado, or Pan-Fried Mortadella. And, as always, our Cast-Iron Pancake.

Love the staff and ambiance! We had only been here once before as walk ins and one of the bartenders remembered that we had been there before! Our first visit was months ago. Just felt very welcomed and at home. I think me and my fiancé have found a new go to in the area

Everything was incredible! We have had focaccia all over the world and this was on a whole other level. We were there for brunch and we have never had a pancake like we had there, the side order of mushrooms we will crave forever. We were supposed to go to a different restaurant tomorrow for brunch and we are trying to get back in there!!

Fossetta is a go back to local restaurant with a lovely menu while offering lovely ambience and a window with people watching delights. Brunch is always a hit and dinner romantic as well as good for a group. Food is consistently tasty and the staff advised on the right amount and a lovely combination.

It www so good. Food was fire. Get the octopus, the rigatoni, chicken liver pasta, and whatever looks good to you.

A very good place for a small group! Food was amazing. Service was good. Rigatoni with chicken liver is one of the best rigatoni I’ve ever had. Definitely would recommend

Wonderful experience! The Focaccias were amazing! We also had the mushroom salad. It was delicious. And the liver dish was super yummy as well! We finished with the pancake, which was also delicious. Going back there for sure!
