Restaurant Forty1 is located at Ambiente: A Landscape Hotel which provides a natural escape and destination to elevate and renew your culinary senses. EVERYDAY 5.00PM – 9.00PM. Hotel guests and select patrons are invited to enjoy dinner at Forty1. Our restaurant offers a seasonal a la carte menu which is inspired by natural organic ingredients from the local Verde Valley. It is our pleasure to accommodate most dietary preferences or restrictions. Simply let us know in advance so that we can better serve you. Reservations are strongly recommended. This wasn’t just a dinner, it was a culinary experience. The food was outstanding! We started with the Elk appetizer, my first time, it was delicious, not gamey at all! The rib eye steak was hands down the best tasting steak I’ve ever had. All of the flavors in the dishes complimented everything so well, it was like a firework show in my mouth. Dessert didn’t disappoint either. The craft cocktails were perfection as well. A very tasty unique experience!

Compliments to the Chef and to the whole staff. It’s a cool and upscale vibe without it being pretentious. Five entrees and four apps and we enjoyed all of them.

Amazing experience. I forgot our waiter’s name but he previously worked at SW steakhouse in Vegas. He made our evening wonderful and showed us a great evening. Will be back!

Restaurant was an outside patio that was tented in. Salad was very good but main coarse was not hot and very mediocre at best. No bread or rolls offered. Prices very expensive for what was plated. Do not mind expensive if the food and quality matches the experience. Menu choices were very limited, maybe because it t was patio dinning.

Our party of 4 tried two appetizers and three main dishes. They were all outstanding as is the service. We also tried three of their specialty cocktails which were also excellent. The “churro” apple dessert was insanely delicious. On the downside this small “resort” restaurant has a clubby vibe (not loud, just the ambiance) and the prices are just too high. Although the menu is limited, each dish is expertly and thoughtfully crafted by a talented chef. We would love to come back and try other dishes but it’s honestly a tough call at these prices.

Forty1 has impeccable service. The food is very good. The bar and mixed drinks were perfect. Overall an expensive night but worth it.

Beautiful space. Service was excellent from the time we arrived at the hotel (valet team), restaurant staff and the gentleman that gave us a ride in the golf cart to the restaurant and back. Cocktails were great. We had the butterfish appetizer, it was not like other butterfish we have had, very thin and slightly dry. The duck tasted good, I would have liked it sliced on the plate - the sauce was what was very unique in flavor, carrot kumquat. My husband had the bison short ribs which he enjoyed. Overall an excellent experience.

My wife and I had dinner here to celebrate a birthday. We had a fantastic booth and excellent service, and the food was wonderfully prepared and presented. We will return!
