EVERYDAY 5.00PM – 9.00PM. Hotel guests and select patrons are invited to enjoy dinner at Forty1. Our restaurant offers a seasonal a la carte menu which is inspired by natural organic ingredients from the local Verde Valley. It is our pleasure to accommodate most dietary preferences or restrictions. Simply let us know in advance so that we can better serve you. In addition, a special vegan menu is available for your enjoyment. Reservations are strongly recommended. Dress code is resort casual.

Never are we disappointed! Have experienced this beauty several times. The Dorian’s is exceptional and the service sets the bar very high. Highly encourage all to experience this beautiful and luxurious restaurant

It was a wonderful dining experience. Although expensive, you are well cared for, and the food was prepared beautifully. I'll go back for special occasions.

The lobster tacos and wagyu sliders for lunch were fantastic! The hotel was cool and the views were breathtaking!

Such a great experience! Abram was really helpful explaining the menu and unique flavors. We got the Elk, Filet and surf & turf starter. Everything was delicious, very impressed!

Our server, Brett, was extremely attentive and informative. Providing us with background information on the restaurant/resort and great recommendations. Everything about this place is unique, and extraordinary! We dined at 41 over the Labor Day weekend, it was the best dining experience Ive ever had. The ambience, the food, the service (all services, and service people) is all above a 10, if I could rate this place higher I would.

Love the food to the drinks I give like 7 to be honest I was expecting more fancy drinks for the price and the place ,the Cesar chipotle dressing no my favorite too much mayo flavor, the service is excellent the place is beautiful

This place doesn’t mess around. Every dish is carefully crafted. Very rarely do I ever have trouble ordering dinner because multiple menu options look that great
