Forty Dean Street is the pinnacle of affordable Italian cuisine in busy Soho. We are a small, family run restaurant dedicated to providing incredible food at incredible prices. Our set menu boasts a variety of sensational dishes built around fresh, seasonal produce and has customers coming back on a daily basis. Our à la carte menu is a favourite with our regulars, the media crowd and tourists alike.
Italian food has been served at Forty Dean Street for more than 17 years, so we like to think there’s nothing we haven’t mastered. So pop in for an Aperol Spritz!

Back here for our 3rd anniversary and our waiter Danny made it the most special night!!! The personality, the service and the humour made everything 10x more special! We cant wait to spend each and every anniversary going forward here all thanks to Danny! He adds that special touch ! As always the food didnt disappoint and ill highly recommend the lobster ravioli.

Once again a wonderful venue for my birthday. A small intimate restaurant with excellent food. V busy so you have to book.

Fab. Great food , good wine and good service. You really need to book - glad we did. Pre theatre meal at 5.00 pm - already busy.

The food was amazing and the staff was incredible! Our server Danny was the best and gave the most wonderful suggestions! Ask for him!

Best meal I’ve had in London since arriving a week ago. If we were staying longer, we’d go back.

Great food. The chicken Milanese and the linguine with king prawns was superb as well as the apple martini! No comments and lovely atmosphere however we will not be coming back due to feeling we had from the staff. It really was the worst service and I for the first time almost(but didn’t) want to remove the 12% optional tip. I get it having worked in the industry that we c a get short with dealing with customers. It was news years eve so I get it’s busy but being greeted at the door by annoyed waiters who then showed us to our table as if we shouldn’t dare delay a second longer. We were rushed at every course and no comments other than to hurry along. I could see this attitude was for all people there apart from some friends of staff and our neighbours even made jokes about how bad it was. “They going to kick us out”. You can have 90 minute covers (and by the way we left 2 mins early) and not be absolutely awful to your customers.

Great restaurant, delicious food and fast service, everyone doing their best to make you feel comfortable and satisfied. Recommend to anyone that appreciates a nice food and an amazing staff.

Perfect lunch in a cosy setting in the heart of Soho. This is a gem of a restaurant - I found no issues. Staff were welcoming, service was just right and the food was excellent.
