Forte dei Marmi freshly procures and skillfully prepares the highest quality local organic produce, farm-raised prime meats, and wild-caught seafood and fish. With his worldwide experience, Andrea Reitano and his Chef Fabrizio Piga, brings together the sophisticated simplicity of Italian fine dining with slow food culture. Very overpriced for largely mediocre food and drinks. Seems more catered to tourists than Miami locals. As a special occasion meal it was disappointing.

The food is excellent and it’s very much more than just a place selling pasta. All of the pasta is special in its taste and presentation and recipe, and they have excellent cuts of meat. Overall we enjoyed it very much.

We had a wonderful meal on the patio. Our server Solvey was great and made excellent recommendations for food and wine. Highly recommend the branzino on salt crust! 10/10 would recommend.

The restaurant and all of its servers/bartenders were very attentive and friendly. The entire experience was pleasant and comfortable, the food was delicious beyond words!!! I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for authentic Italian food in Miami

Food was very fresh and tasty, SERVICE was not up to standards with constantly had to ask for water to be brought to the table and I ordered a. pasta dish to be served with appetizers for everyone to share and it was served with main dishes

Loved the cacio e Pepe and the tiramisu is just another level!!! They need to work a little bit on the service, not too many waitress
