Fue mi tercera experiencia en este restaurant y quiza la mas floja, pero aun asi es de alta calidad. La pasta sale un poco antes que al dente y pareceria que la salsa no emulsiona con la pasta sino que simplemente la agregan. No me trajeron parmigiano (tuve que pedirlo) y tampoco habia Pecorino para la pasta. En los postres el sorbet estaba congelado, no se podia agarrar con la cuchara. Muy bien el pulpo, el pez espada, las ensaladas, etc.

Se cercate un’autentica esperienza culinaria italiana è il posto giusto. L’atmosfera è accogliente il menù offre piatti tradizionali preparati con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità. Il servizio è attento e cordiale, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Ottima anche la selezione di vini. Prezzi nella media per la qualità offerta.

This was my first time at Forte dei Marmi, and the cacio e pepe was the best I’ve ever had, perfectly complemented by a delicious gelato. The service was exceptional very professional and attentive. Most of the servers are Italian, which makes you feel like you’re in Italy. Highly recommended!

The seafood was particularly fresh, and the pasta was perfectly al dente – truly an authentic taste of Italy in the heart of Miami. Pistacchio icecream is worth the hype!

Atmosfera accogliente, personale cordiale e piatti deliziosi. La pasta fatta in casa è un must, soprattutto la cacio e pepe al tartufo. Non perderti il tiramisù: è spettacolare! Perfetto per una cena romantica o una serata con amici. Da provare assolutamente!

I celebrated my anniversary at forte dei marmi and it was amazing. The service was top-notch, and the food was delicious from start to finish. A perfect spot for a special occasion—we’ll definitely return!
