The food was so so. The server gave me the wrong drink. We also had to wait to get our bill and it took 2 requests for the server to bring it to the table.

Former Saint was a fun and delicious dining experience. My wife and I each had mushroom bisque to start, and as a longtime mushroom aficionado, I can attest to the excellence of this soup. We had a bottle of Decoy Chardonnay, as my wife is a Chardonnay aficionado, and she attested to its high quality! We opted for a lighter supper than usual, and were thrilled with our choices: my wife’s green salad with tender tasty chicken, and my bison Philly cheesesteak which was terrific! Our server, Scott was perfect: attentive, efficient, and a great conversationalist: he definitely added to the enjoyment of the evening. Set in the back of the Hyatt lobby with a view of the beautiful Colorado Convention Center and the magnificent Blue Bear sculpture, this was a great dining experience!

The waiter was wonderful and was very attentive. Our food was good but nothing exceptional. Also, our steaks, as well as, our sides were barely warm. The butter compound didn't even begin to melt on our steaks, that's how "warm" our food was.

There was only one reservation available, 5:30, which was a little early for our 7:30 Ballet but I tried to get one later but couldn’t. When we got there, the place was empty? Only a few tables full when we left. Way over priced. Cocktails were $16. Entree was $38. A very small sirloin with no sides. We also got a pasta dish - Gnocchi and it was yuck! The only good part was the brussel sprout appetizer. We pay for everything with cash and they wouldn’t accept cash . Don’t they have to accept legal tender? We will not return and we don’t recommend.

We sat in the bar area, the only issue was the couch like seating for the tables does not match the height of the table, making it very difficult to sit and eat and drink

We were pleasantly surprised by our dinner. Much better than the typical hotel lobby all day restaurant experience. Excellent selection of craft beers on tap, and my buffalo ribeye and wife's local lamb t-bone were excellennt and less expensive than downtown Denver restaurant prices.

My waiter gave good suggestions on what I should try and was very friendly. Another waiter diligently refilled my water glass. I felt very comfortable and the noise level was pleasant. The food was good, though I wish I had gotten appetizers. Overall it was a good experience!

Server brought wrong drink and then completely forgot my correct drink and I had to ask her twice. Dinner was mediocre - ratatouille was way over cooked and bread was hard that they served it with. Salad was fine - chicken I added was dry. Would not recommend

I wanted to like this place, because the menu looked great, but sadly left, feeling well disappointed. First of all, though there is an entrance right off of California, it was looked with no signage to indicate how to best get in, other than a sign saying, this entrance is for the restaurant only. So we walked to the front of the hotel and went through the food hall to get to the restaurant. Our server was excellent and took very good care of us, and made a couple of recommendations on the food. when the food came out, it looked really good. However, this is where the disappointment, hit. My wife ordered the Scallops, and they came out very chewy. They were edible, but you could tell that they were not as fresh as they should have been. I chose the Bison Prime Rib, and though it was tasty and well seasoned, it was also Luke warm at best. The demiglace on top was congealing and the inside of the "giant onion ring" was still cold. The Garlic Mashed potatoes were really good, but the couscous was nothing to write home about. For desert we had the chocolate Cherry Cake and it was by far the best thing about the dinner. It was full of flavor, and was well worth getting. We did finish the nice with a pleasant surprise. Because we are locals to the area, we did get a 20% discount, though that was only discovered because our card was from a local credit union. All in all, it was a hotel restaurant, that was priced and geared along the same lines as a restaurant with a captive audience. With all of the other choices for downtown, this one is not going to be up to par with the rest of its competition.

Our waiter was terrific. The prices seemed a little high- even for downtown Denver. But, my white wine was not cooled to a normal degree (seemed more like room temp), and my soup was not hot. My salad was missing the pistachios.
