It’s a cute, market feel, but there was no A/C. HOT!! BYOB is great. The focaccia bread and ricotta needed salt/ seasoning. My husband loved the gnocchi. The sauce on my pasta was mostly water. Our server was nice but MIA. Would not likely go back as there’s much better Italian food out there.

Forma is a hidden gem for a great Italian! Service was great and food was spectacular and its BYOB! Will definitely be back.

Amazing food! Pasta was homemade and very delicious. Small and charming environment. We will return soon. Highly recommended!

Delicious large-portioned food and excellent service! Great homemade quality, reasonable prices, and free-corkage BYOB was a welcomed bonus! Will definitely be back!!!

Delicious food, we had the meatballs, stuffed banana peppers, Caesar salad, burrata and chicken pasta and the pistachio cake - everything was fantastic and the service was amazing!!! We will definitely be back!

A great place for dinner. The food is fresh and plentiful. You will have enough for another meal. Worth the wait to get a reservation.
