Fork, reconnu pour sa cuisine américaine contemporaine depuis plus de 15 ans, vous présente une carte innovatrice mais abordable créée par le chef Eli Kulp, récipient du prix 2014 Food & Wine Best New Chef. La carte prend son inspiration des meilleurs fruits et légumes, fruits de mer et viande ainsi que de l'histoire profonde de la région. Une grande partie de l'attraction au Fork est l'ambiance chic et sophistiquée, grâce à laquelle votre expérience culinaire sera loin d'être trop formel et inconfortable. Vous vous apercevrez des chandeliers peints à la main si vous regardez par-dessus le bar en béton coulé. Des fresques modernes et contemporaines peintes par Anthony DeMelas font ressortir la hauteur des plafonds. Depuis son ouverture, Fork a reçu les éloges de nombreuses publications au niveau local et national, y compris le New York Times, l'USA Today, le Town and Country, le Food and Wine, le Wine Spectator, Zagat et le Gourmet.     We had a special birthday dinner last night. Everything was delicious. The service was quietly attentive and recommendations spot on. Fork is always wonderful and never disappoints.

    The new chef is wonderful, and brings back memories of the wonderful pastas that Eli Kulp made. Looking forward to returning.

    The food was absolutely delicious and our server Aden provided us an exceptional experience! Her attention to detail and recommendations were on point and greatly appreciated. From drinks to dessert, every bite and sip was a delight!

    Lovely restaurant to celebrate a special occasion like we did. Attention we were afforded was outstanding and they went out of their way to suggest options for my vegetarian husband. The food and wine were lovely.

    Nice greeting by the host! Sat on time-sat close to the open kitchen- not bad at all. Beautiful custom wall paintings. Decor is not a mess -just classy! Nice large bar area- The server explained the menu - that's a plus! Cocktails came quickly and delicious -we shared the pappardelle pasta- small portion for 2 yet taste was spot on ( we chose to share) next time I'd order 1 for each of us- we shared the steak for 2 -came with very buttery creamy mashed potatoes - wish I had a green veggie with it- there's not a choice to add a side dish- steak cooked to perfection! FYI No bread or bread sticks etc. for starters. Dessert- shared the cheese selection- server described each piece of cheese- truly enjoyed pairing with a pinot noir.Surprised with a candle attached to the plate for a surprise birthday celebration. Truly enjoyed every minute of our experience. Totally recommend.

    We had a great time. It was our anniversary and I had some special requests to surprise my wife. The staff was very accomdating and helpful. They really go all out to make sure you have a great time. The food was delicious. We will definitely be back.
