Fork, reconnu pour sa cuisine américaine contemporaine depuis plus de 15 ans, vous présente une carte innovatrice mais abordable créée par le chef Eli Kulp, récipient du prix 2014 Food & Wine Best New Chef. La carte prend son inspiration des meilleurs fruits et légumes, fruits de mer et viande ainsi que de l'histoire profonde de la région. Outstanding experience with superb food. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our tight timing to make a show at the Arden. Gnocchi was light and delish. The flatbread was some of the best I’ve had. Airy with dill and sesame seeds and a delish goat cheese dipping sauce. But the stars were the burgers which two guests enjoyed - perfectly executed served with heavenly fries. Service was attentive without being overbearing. Excellent all around.

A friend and I enjoyed a truly delicious brunch this morning. The waiter was professional, helpful and cheerful, as well as attentive. The vibe was relaxed and happy. We loved the food and it was a first-rate all-around experience. Well done. Thank you!

Don’t leave without trying the chilled shrimp with pickled kohlrabi. It’s incredibly refreshing!! Everyone is attentive and super kind.

We came to celebrate a birthday, which was acknowledged by the hostess, but not after that. I We were disappointed that there was not an effort to add to the celebration when dessert was served. I We were also unaware that it was restaurant week, and therefore a limited menu. While we enjoyed the food, we would have preferred more options with the standard menu. I found the temperature in the dining room to be unpleasantly cold, even while wearing a sweater. While our experience was fine, we would not choose to return anytime soon.

We came to Fork for Restaurant Week on 9/20. We have eaten here before and have had a pleasant experience. However, this time we were not as pleased. As first course, we selected the roasted beets which was fantastic. However, we also selected the beef tartare, which unfortunately had a very strong horse radish flavor which made this a difficult dish. For our second course, we selected the roast pork loin and the dry-aged burger & fries. Both of these were reasonably good with the burger and fries being a bit more memorable. Finally for dessert, we chose the lemongrass panna cotta and the dark chocolate tart. I loved the panna cotta, and the chocolate tart was true to form - heavy on the chocolate as expected. Our drink cocktail was also quite good. Service was just okay. We chose the beef tartare based on the server's recommendation - that was a bad choice. Beyond this, our server hardly checked on us and whether we were enjoying our meal - that was disappointing. Also disappointed that a default 20% service tab was added to the bill which does not incentivize service to be excellent. Ambience was nice with beautiful painted walls. The sound level was high but it was a Friday night and the place was packed. Overall, a decent evening but we did feel that we overpaid for an experience that was just okay. Unlikely we would revisit Fork again.

This was our first time at Fork and it did not disappoint. This was Restaurant Week so we had our choice of 3 courses. Fave first course was the beet salad. Great flavors in this dish. The pork loin and gnocchi were both excellent. Hazelnut tart and dark chocolate tart were delicious finishes to our meal. The staff are knowledgeable and top notch. Look forward to our next visit!

The food was very good. But unfortunately, the services were way to slow. Something happens at the kitchen with our order but the restaurant only apologies to us and remove the drinks charge. Looking to have a great night, it was a disappointment. Too bad, because the food was excellent. I we come back, not sure if we give it a try. If you are ok with a noise atmosphere, this restaurant is ok for you. The noise is too loud that you cannot talk without shouting.

First time at Fork but had very high expectations as the reviews and the Awards had me excited. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectation at all. Absolutely everything was not good except the frog legs. Even the drinks were not good. The service was good and the atmosphere was as nice but the food was just not good at all. The corn cold soup and the beets salad were absolutely terrible.

The service was outstanding. My meal arrived overcooked and they were quick to rectify the situation and the redo was fabulous tasting. The noise level as a little loud but in a small space it is to be expected. All in all it was a wonderful experience
