Fork, reconnu pour sa cuisine américaine contemporaine depuis plus de 15 ans, vous présente une carte innovatrice mais abordable créée par le chef Eli Kulp, récipient du prix 2014 Food & Wine Best New Chef. La carte prend son inspiration des meilleurs fruits et légumes, fruits de mer et viande ainsi que de l'histoire profonde de la région. Une grande partie de l'attraction au Fork est l'ambiance chic et sophistiquée, grâce à laquelle votre expérience culinaire sera loin d'être trop formel et inconfortable. Vous vous apercevrez des chandeliers peints à la main si vous regardez par-dessus le bar en béton coulé. Never had dinner here, so I decided to try it with brunch. Didn't disappoint. Parsnip soup is flavorful and rich and warms me up just right. I ordered the mushroom benedict with a side of sausage links. My partner picked the happy valley beef cheeks with pasta. I love the flavors and portions of our order. Service is attentive. I look forward to the culinary adventure here with my next dinner!

Our server, Natalie, told us that we were entitled to a 10% discount because we were going to the Arden theater. Early dinner, but very good food and attentive service. We had been there a decade or so earlier, and we were glad to return.

The food was fantastic. Roasted Carrots, salad and beef cheek pappardelle were absolutely delicious. Cosmo #2 perfect!! The wait staff made it a perfect experience!! 10 out of 10!!

Five family members gathered for lunch on a Friday. We were seated at the table in the window, nice and bright on a chilly winter day. The food was excellent, as always. There is something for everyone ~ delicious turkey and bacon sandwich, beet salad, steak frites. Our waiter, Gunner, was pleasant, efficient, and spot on. Thanks for another fine meal, Fork. We always have a great meal with you.

Fork is a fabulous restaurant. We went for a Weds evening pre-theater dinner. We are "regulars", but have not been for some time. Nevertheless we were recognized and greeted as if we had been there last week. Our server Natalie K was delightful, friendly, knowledgeable about the new menu and responsive to questions. We had the crudo kampachi and scallops which were wonderful, so fresh with delicious sauces. We shared the glazed carrots appetizer which was also delicious, particularly with the fresh cream cheese. The escargots with brioche was a triumph, worth the trip! Beautifully sauced and great texture combined with mushrooms. Two pasta dishes followed, rabbit bucatini and beef cheek paperdelle. both well sauced if a little salty for us. Basque cheesecake dessert was lovely and made a good ending to the meal. All the portions were appetiser size, so not overwhelming. James Beard Award well deserved! We'll be back - sooner next time!

Food menu selection is boring. The food was also not tasty at all except the scallop. But the service is very nice. If you are looking for a yummy food place, this is not for you. Cocktail selection is so simple and not variety. What a disappointment bc the place is nice but the food is so bad.
