We arrived 15 minutes early for a 2 hour slot and we felt really pressurised to pay the bill at the end of our allotted time. We did not delay in making our menu choices - in fact we ourselves had to call the waiter over to place our order. This was not conducive to a relaxing evening.

Arrived early but table ready for us to enjoy a drink before dinner. Lovely choice of food for all (meat/veggie/fish). All cooked perfectly. A great evening. A little pricey but worth our every penny.

Wonderful meal - the food was outstanding Great choice of English wines Interesting to see the chef and team working - great team Have been so keen to come back here for a meal and certainly will return The waiting staff (one person) was a bit too busy - perhaps have more wait staff if possible

Excellent meal we enjoyed at Fork today in Lewes. We have been a few times, the menu changes regularly and it is very good. Would encourage people to go there.
