Big thanks to Phillipe and the team for looking after us for our anniversary dinner last night. This place is a wee gem in Lewes and couldn’t believe it was our first visit having not been aware of its existence. Will be back very soon!

We chose to have dinner at Fork to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we were so glad we did. The restaurant has a simple, unpretentious interior and is managed by its owner, who was welcoming and attentive. We chose the midweek fixed price menu, which was excellent value for money. All the dishes were delicious, expertly cooked and presented, making the evening a memorable experience. I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation, it is faultless.

On our return visit the staff made us very welcome indeed and the food was up to its usual very high standard. Our guests were very impressed. Fork is a real gem and has transformed the eating scene in Lewes.

Starter and main course were absolute perfection! So flavourful and cooked perfectly. Pudding wasn’t to our taste but that’s just us. Service was so attentive and friendly. Will definately come back again. Great place to celebrate a special occasion as the food and service were such a treat but the atmosphere isn’t stuffy or too formal which is nice.

This restaurant has been on my list for quite some time so I was extremely pleased that it did not disappoint. The service was exceptional, the food was tasty with good sized portions, and the wine selection was spot-on. I can’t wait to return

Always a pleasure to eat at Fork. This was a birthday dinner and they put on a lovely show! Welcoming and friendly staff, food always beautifully presented and tasty. Never been disappointed there and will gladly continue to patronise
