We love the Fork! Our meals there never disappoint, everything‘s always fresh and service always amazing. We always recommend for people to try it out when they are visiting Idaho.

It was my daughter’s 30th birthday and this place did not disappoint. We are from NYC and this restaurant had the same vibe, selection of food and quality (albeit less expensive!:-). We both had salmon-me the salad which was outstanding and she the salmon sandwich. When I made the reservation I asked if they could put a candle in her dessert and they didn’t forget. She was happy (not about turning 30 but about the opportunity to make a wish). I will be here another few days and am already trying figure out when we can go again!

Great server. Cozy, lively environment. Guy who delivered food to the table gave us great wine recommendations. The table had the chicken, short ribs, pork shoulder and salmon sammy. All wonderful. Server spent a lot of time sharing info about the local area to help us since we are from out of town.

Great ambience with a great friends makes always better. One recommendation if i have to give is benny’s hollandaise sauce was a bit sour.

So far, Fork is our favorite restaurant in Boise. We have dinner there nearly every time we’re in town and usually our experiences are fab, but this time we were left wanting for more. While the mushroom and pea appetizer was fantastic, the king salmon and trout preparations did not wow us. Neither had much going in the way of flavor and the trout skin was mushy rather than crispy. It was such a let down as we’d been looking forward to dinner all day while driving to Boise on our road trip. As always service was top notch.

Food has declined. We were regulars and we stopped going for about 3-4 years and we went back and it was very disappointing. The fork has lost its uniqueness of Boise. It can’t keep up with the other amazing restaurants that have flooded the treasure valley. Definitely and sadly will not be coming back

Dinner at Fork is always a great experience. The meal was very good, service always top notch and it's a very warm and inviting restaurant.

I went to celebrate my birthday! Our server was very knowledgeable, attentive, funny, and kind with good recommendations from the menu. The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. We all had different tastes and preferences and everyone enjoyed their meal. The brownie drizzled in caramel sauce and sprinkled with course ground sea salt and accompanied with vanilla bean ice cream was divine! Also, I was so blissed out after such a wonderful experience I almost left without my credit card, but the server returned it to me and all is well. We’ll be back soon! Thank you so much, Fork team for a wonderful birthday!
