Le Cellar 6 est le premier restaurant vin et cocktails de Saint-Augustine. Situé au cœur du centre-ville de Saint-Augustine, le Cellar 6 propose un menu complet pour le souper, créé par le chef inspirant, qui vous apporte toutes les semaines des plats spéciaux, des soupes, des salades, des sandwiches, des entrées et des desserts. L'établissement propose une large sélection de vins, ainsi que plus de 30 cépages servis au verre, à moins de 10 USD, qui sont très bien classés par le Wine Spectator. Les martini de spécialité, les cocktails et des bières du monde entier complètent le choix des boissons, afin de plaire à tous. Le Cellar 6 propose des Happy Hours tous les jours de 16h30 à 19h, ainsi que des Happy Hours tardifs tous les soirs avec des cocktails à moitié prix (du dimanche su jeudi de 22h à la fermeture, le vendredi et le samedi de minuit à 1h). Amazing drinks and bar service and absolutely loved the atmosphere. Food was delicious but not a ton of options. Will absolutely go back.!

Our kitchen and prep areas are small, so we keep the menu limited to focus on freshness and making every dish the best it can be—but we’re always looking for ways to keep things exciting. A busy Valentines Day evening but service and food was spot on,…..well organized and cheerful people. Menu is limited but they had specials to encourage repeat diners. Watching the mixologists do their thing is true art! Highly recommend and one of the few restaurants in this city that take reservations to make everything easey peasey.

We went here for Valentine’s Day, made reservations for 2 sitting at the bar. Service was excellent, my husband said the fish sandwich was the best he’s ever had. Cocktails were delicious and artfully prepared. I had bibimbop which wasn’t the flavors I expected but everything was fresh and the blackened shrimp were perfectly cooked. Bulgogi, sesame oil and a fried egg on top would have made it a 5. Highly recommend going here.

Fantastic local restaurant in the very quaint but not so touristy part of historic St. Augustine. The cocktail menu is comprehensive and creative. And the appetizers and sides and mains to go with are delicious! Highly recommend.

The Forgotten Tonic Burger used to be my favorite burger BY FAR that I’ve ever had. It was cooked to perfection with a flavorful crust. It had the best bacon you’ve ever tasted. The cheese was rich. The FT sauce was so unique and delicious. The service was impeccable. Everything has changed. Burger tasted like nothing. The crust was gone. They changed the bacon. The whole was smaller. Absolutely not the same burger. The service was terrible (although our server was very nice). It’s just not the same place it used to be. Now it will go down as a truly “forgotten” burger! Sad.

Jeremy, we’re really sorry to hear you feel this way, especially since our burger is a favorite of yours—hopefully, it got a glowing review back then! Kayla, our sous chef, spoke with you that afternoon after we re-made your burger to your requested doneness, and we appreciate you sharing your concerns with her. As she mentioned, aside from a small sauce adjustment, nothing has changed in how we prepare it—but we understand that perception matters. You also rated hospitality as 1-star but mentioned in your review that your "service was impeccable". Phoebe always aims to provide a great experience, so if there was something she could have done better, we'd love to know. We also reached out via email to continue the conversation but never heard back.
