Le Cellar 6 est le premier restaurant vin et cocktails de Saint-Augustine. Situé au cœur du centre-ville de Saint-Augustine, le Cellar 6 propose un menu complet pour le souper, créé par le chef inspirant, qui vous apporte toutes les semaines des plats spéciaux, des soupes, des salades, des sandwiches, des entrées et des desserts. L'établissement propose une large sélection de vins, ainsi que plus de 30 cépages servis au verre, à moins de 10 USD, qui sont très bien classés par le Wine Spectator. Les martini de spécialité, les cocktails et des bières du monde entier complètent le choix des boissons, afin de plaire à tous. Le Cellar 6 propose des Happy Hours tous les jours de 16h30 à 19h, ainsi que des Happy Hours tardifs tous les soirs avec des cocktails à moitié prix (du dimanche su jeudi de 22h à la fermeture, le vendredi et le samedi de minuit à 1h). We got the flatbread, it was ok. Also got the fish and it came out cold. Food was so so, not worth the price tho. Drinks were good, lots of ice and over a few dollar priced for each. There is a surcharge on the bill, just a few bucks but the explanation of the charge going to supporting the basic pay (listing benefits as a reason) of an employee is pretty low class. Pay your employees better without a surcharge line on a bill. Service was amazing, employees were great.

Did you happen to mention this to your server? We’ll be sure to address it with our kitchen. As for the surcharge, it’s optional and helps cover the cost of offering comprehensive benefits to our staff, many of whom work behind the scenes and don’t receive tips. Benefits like health insurance and paid time off are rare in hospitality, so we chose this approach to support our team. We appreciate your input and hope to welcome you back soon!

This is our second time and we were there for my birthday. We brought our son and daughter in law. The food was amazing as always. The kids were so impressed with the service, food, and drinks. We will all be back again. Thank you as always.

Food was excellent across the board, but it literally took an hour to arrive. The server did not check on us, nor did she seem concerned about the wait time. It even took about 30 minutes to get a draft beer. Appetizer came after the entrees. But the food was all delicious. Shrimp and grits, mussels and bibambap — all wonderful! Spooky Halloween decorations were fun!

We appreciate your feedback, but we’re a bit puzzled since the manager stopped by your table multiple times, and there was no mention of concerns. We also don't serve draft beer, so it sounds like there might’ve been a mix-up. As for the appetizer, we prepared it to come out with your entrees as you requested. Frequent visitor to FT. Excellent as usual. It continues to be our can’t miss, go-to in St. Augustine. The drinks are specially crafted and delicious every time. FT burger was on point as usual. Wife had the Chef’s Cut (hanger steak) and was perfect as well. Walking out the door last night we were already looking forward to our next visit.

5/5 Stars - Amazing Experience at The Forgotten Tonic! My girlfriend and I celebrated her birthday here on a Friday night, and it was absolutely perfect! We highly recommend making a reservation a few days in advance, as the place was packed—in the best way possible. The lively atmosphere really added to the experience. The cocktails were some of the best we’ve had in Saint Augustine. The food? Phenomenal! We started with the Cajun Egg Rolls, which were incredible—so flavorful and out of the kitchen in no time. I’ve never had egg rolls like that before! My girlfriend ordered the blackened redfish sandwich, and after trying a bite, I have to say it was one of the best fish sandwiches I’ve ever had. Fresh, balanced, and just perfect. To top off the night, the staff brought out a complimentary dessert for her birthday. Although they were out of the chocolate cake, the crème brûlée with toasted marshmallows was an amazing substitute. Service was 10/10! All in all, an unforgettable night with great food, drinks, and service. We’ll definitely be back!
