The Forage Public House serves a contemporary American and gastropub-style cuisine. The restaurant offers a traditional dining space in its bright and sophisticated interior. The ambience is generally welcoming and casual. Forage Public House also offers outdoor patio seating for its customers. The restaurant's food is prepared fresh from locally sourced ingredients by resident Chef Demetrios. Brunch is served at the restaurant on the weekends.

The Forage Public House menu contains a large variety of savory meals for lunch and dinner. Popular items on the menu include the wing crawl, the short ribs, the rainbow trout, the Amish chicken and the tuna melt. The restaurant also offers vegan and vegetarian meal options. Craft cocktails, beers and wines are also available at the bar section.

Food was fairly priced and portions were large. I will definitely be back! Service was a little slow and servers seemed to be stretched thin. We waited for about 15-20 minutes for on persons Bloody Mary so the rest of the table was waiting to make a toast as we had our Prosecco already. Also Prosecco came to table corked so we had to wait for server to make it back to us to open.

The short rib with risotto was excellent. The cauliflower appetizer was very good and so was my pecan old fashioned. The tacos were ok but not very tasty or special.

Our server Jennifer J. was outstanding! She was attentive and made great recommendations. The drinks are amazing. This is a great brunch spot. I recommend Forage Public House.

We enjoyed a great dinner on the patio during the Lakewood Meltdown. It was great to feel like part of the community! The staff was friendly and attentive and the food was terrific! My suggestion: the cauliflower tacos. Superb!!

The cauliflower appetizer is outstanding. Great cocktails. I had the chopped salad with salmon added. The salmon was a little undercooked for me but they kindly took it back to cook it longer. They were very apologetic and professional and offered to take it off the bill. My husband had the tacos which were delicious. We will be back.

Not to be dramatic but I had the airline chicken and added sautéed onions & mushrooms; and it was literally the best I’ve ever had. We ate dinner here during our bachelorette celebration, so we aren’t local but if I’m ever back in the area I will definitely return! My best friend had the steak and it was also delicious.

Went here for a date. Food was great. I got the hot chicken sandwich and it was awesome. The chicken was perfectly crispy and the hot sauce was excellent tasting. My date got the Mac and Cheese and loved it. The portion sizes were well worth the money. Service was great, our server was attentive and checked on us periodically but not too much. Water was plentiful and the atmosphere was unmatched. I look forward to trying out their patio next time we go! The woman manager in charge Monday night was also excellent and made it her personal goal to ask us how our experience was. It's the little things that count and the staff at Forage takes that seriously!
