Le Forage est un bistro de quartier à West Cambridge, juste à côté de Harvard Square. Grâce à des partenariats avec les agriculteurs et pêcheurs locaux, le restaurant propose un menu unique, local et de saison, axé sur les ingrédients, un menu provocateur mais en même temps accessible et sain. Le bar au Forage sert des cocktails préparés à la manière classique, qui se concentrent sur des ingrédients locaux et saisonniers. Le Forage dispose également d'une sélection soigneuse de vins blancs, rouges et mousseux, tous organiques ou biodynamiques, et d'une sélection de bières provenant de brasseries indépendantes et innovantes. À la barre du Forage se trouve le propriétaire et directeur général Stan Hilbert, le chef Eric Cooper et le gérant du bar Joe Choiniere. Le trio a travaillé ensemble pendant sept ans au Ten Tables à Jamaica Plain.

Take the Red Line to Harvard Square and exit via Church Street. Take a right and proceed up Garden St toward the Sheraton Commander Hotel. Continue on Garden St toward the lights after the hotel. Bear left at the lights and continue on to Concord Ave. Take a left at the next set of lights on Craigie St; we are on the right side of the street.

Super friendly and helpful staff. They were able, and willing, to accommodate my fiancé dietary restrictions due to Celiac. The food was great.

Tasting menu was fantastic. Everyone working here was so nice and welcoming. A great place to go for a special occasion.

My partner and I had the tasting menu, her the vegan and myself the omnivore. We both thought our respective meals were awful, though I personally thought the vegan one was much better, but not worth $70 by any means. Only dessert was decent. I’ve never had so many pickled dishes in my life. I’ve had many creative vegan and non-vegan dishes, and this is absolutely at the bottom.

Food and service were fantastic as always. Absolutely love the unique food and even better with the wine pairings. Love this place!

We love coming here! As vegans, they are able to accommodate dietary needs and all staff members are so knowledgeable and friendly!

Forage is such a gem. The perfect place for any occasion (or no occasion at all). Kindness, creativity, and passion paired with innovative preparation of honest food and beautiful wine makes every single dining experience here a little bit magical. xx

There are very few upscale restaurant experiences for vegans in Boston that don't involve compromises. Forage is no compromises. We had the vegan tasting menu with the wine pairing and it was wonderful in every way. The service especially was knowledgeable and attentive without feeling overbearing. An excellent night.

Forage, always incredible, was particularly innovative this Valentines weekend with dishes I won’t soon forget. We love everything about this place! The ever changing, seasonal menus and delightful staff make it easy to come back often! See you soon 💙

Outstanding and flavorful cocktails, food that feels connected to the earth, and an independent ethos that turns their weird little basement into a bastion of hope and creative indulgences. A delightful spot!
