                                                            Hidden gem at the state park. Very solid menu that was very reasonably priced. Several outstanding signature drinks. We were able to get last-minute reservations early in the week. Jeff did an outstanding job taking care of us.

                                                            Food was very good except the salad. It was drowning in balsamic vinegar. Shrimp and grits was excellent, fried green tomatoes also very good. Server wanted to do a good job but could tell this was not going to be excellent in service - slow on filling drinks, missed a couple of items ordered, even had to comp something to make up for it. The ambiance is a 10 and the food and service should match. Prices are good. I would have expected higher prices with this location.

                                                            Small portions, have to pay for bread. Food for good though but was not exactly full when left. Kids menu was good

                                                            Maria was so attentive to our table of 14. The view of the Gulf is gorgeous and the food was so good. Some in our group said a few things were too salty but still good. The pecan pie Brule’ was to die for! The staff accommodating us with the view in mind. We will definitely be back.
