Elevate your wine knowledge with our sparkling wine masterclass, where we explore the world’s finest bubbles. From Champagne to Prosecco and beyond, you'll uncover the techniques and flavors that make each sparkling wine unique and perfect for every celebration! Tickets for this event are $100.00 per person, plus taxes and fees. The masterclass will begin at 6:00pm and is to be held in the Sycamore room in the Meeting and Event portion of the Hotel.

We’re wrapping up 2024 in festive style with our final Uncorked! Celebrate the season with a dazzling lineup of sparkling wines from around the globe, featuring Champagne, of course, and other standout selections. It’s the perfect chance to sip, savor, and stock up on gifts, as all featured wines will be available for purchase to complete your holiday list.  Kindly note, this event takes place in an intimate setting in which different reservation groups may be seated at one table. Join us in the intimate Herons private dining room for an exclusive evening with RAEN Winery, founded by fourth-generation winemakers Carlo and Dante Mondavi. Known for their dedication to Sonoma’s gorgeous coastal terroir and a legacy inspired by their father, Tim, and grandfather, Robert, Carlos and Dante create wines that embody purity, balance, and respect for nature. This intimate dinner will feature RAEN's expressive Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs, paired with Chef Steven Greene's inspired creations, offering a taste of RAEN’s commitment to sustainable, organic farming and winemaking excellence. This event is prepaid and nonrefundable with a cost of $300 per person, plus taxes and fees.
