Fold is a neighbourhood Bistro and Bottle Shop with community at its heart.

A menu of delicious British seasonal sharing plates, with multi-cultural influences and a touch of North West nostalgia throughout.

Our drinks list includes carefully curated natural, organic, and classic wines from our favourite producers, as well as the best beers and hand-crafted cocktails to enjoy in the bistro at the bar or to go.

We responsibly source all our ingredients, supporting communities and using local suppliers where possible.

We ordered the lunch set menu and tried every dish. Each plate was delicious. The wine was excellent and the service was friendly, knowledgeable with the perfect level of attentiveness. We’ll certainly be visiting again.

Fantastic again. Third time we’ve been. The Sunday dinner is fantastic. Really tasty and the staff couldn’t have been happier to explain parts of the menu. The Manchester Ale beignets were unreal.

We had the 5 plates for £30 with additional plates of polish sourdough and shallot butter and the crayfish, it was all so delicious, really well thought out ingredients and so refreshing to see so much variety of fresh local produce on the menu. The staff were all so great and chatting with them about the wines and the food really did add to the experience! Already can’t wait to go back x

Our 3rd visit in 3 months. It's just the best Sunday lunch anywhere, and the Chefs, staff and the service 1st class. Always a memorable meal. 10/10 🥂👍

Visited Fold with my family for Father’s Day and we were not disappointed with any aspect of our visit. The roast dinner was delicious and the unique starters and sweets were amazing. Very attentive staff
