Fold is a neighbourhood Bistro and Bottle Shop with community at its heart.

A menu of delicious British seasonal sharing plates, with multi-cultural influences and a touch of North West nostalgia throughout.

Our drinks list includes carefully curated natural, organic, and classic wines from our favourite producers, as well as the best beers and hand-crafted cocktails to enjoy in the bistro at the bar or to go.

We responsibly source all our ingredients, supporting communities and using local suppliers where possible.

Second time going to Fold, first time on a Sunday. Loved it! The food was awesome and we had some gorgeous wines. Staff were lovely. I will definitely be going back.

Our second visit to Fold and now possibly our favourite place for special occasions. The food is incredible every time and there hasn’t been a dish we didn’t like. I’d say the only down side would be the tables are very close together, so not as intimate as we would like, but it won’t stop us going.

Great little spot! Excellent food and wine. Good ambience. My seating was a bit uncomfortable but nothing else to complain about. This place is worth a trip!! Special little gem.

We dined Fold’s version of a Sunday lunch. We will not be returning Unfortunately the main course was disappointing as the Bavette of beef was extremely tough across all three servings, not what you expect. The Eccles cake was very nice, the best course, although the cheese that was served with this was not as the waiter had explained. At the end of our meal was rushed of our table to allow for a re- lay although this was not mentioned on booking.

Intimate dining experience with a great view of the chef's pass preparing each dish. The prawn pasta bisque was an explosion of flavour. Don't miss out on the strawberry dessert. Excellent selection of wines and the staff are clearly passionate about their choices. The listed reds were delicious - we enjoyed the Rioja or the Portuguese red, although the menu is perfectly suited for a fresh white wine. Will definitely be back!
