We came at 11 am when they opened and they were not quite ready to open, soups were not hot, items did not have the labels out.

We were a party of 7. Disappointed I requested round table and they had one available but no one to wait on table. The area where we sat was dark and they brought little light for the table. Service was very good in the beginning then we could not find anyone to help us, and they stopped bringing the meat.

Service was slow and we kept having to wait a long time for cuts of meats. I felt we had to keep requesting if we wanted a different kind, we paid for the premium menu but felt we did not even enjoy it. Honestly once we checked out and we’re waiting for the bill is when we saw the meats started coming and by then it was too late.

Food was great, but sadly service is still lacking at the Woodland Hills location. While we had several waitstaff approach our table to let us know they work as a team and are all there for whatever we need, none of them ever returned to check on us again. Then we ordered two more glasses of wine from the “customer service rep”, but after about 30 minutes, we were done with our meal and still no wine! Then, she walked by our table and obviously remembered that she had forgotten our wine. She showed up with the wine as we’re getting ready to pay so we sent it back. I really don’t think their “we work as a team” thing is working. They should just assign one waiter per table like every other restaurant. So when you go to this Fogo location, just set your expectations for service really low and you may not be as disappointed. Food is still great! The salad bar is a bit smaller than the Beverly Hills location, but it has plenty of variety.
