Honestly amazing service, amazing food, and amazing drinks and overall the best restaurant in the valley! First time there with my friend and we came for her birthday e both loved it and will be back many more times thank you again!

Would be nice if they give us the change back instead of assuming it was a tip. Picanha was really slow get to the table. Have to remind them multiple times. Overall was ok.

I love this place I have been coming just about every weekend for the last year LMAO… I love the food and experience everyone of the staff members is great.. Huge shoutout to Gold one of the gauchos for always showing love and good energy I must say drinks are a hit or miss at times but aside from that food and service is top tier noise level varies depending on the day and time as it does get busy at times

Had to wait 25 minutes for a 6:30 reservation only to be seated in a virtually empty back room. Ordered a Martini which was brought in a water glass saying they had run out of Martini glasses. Really? No thanks. Meats are incredibly salty and some cuts very fatty. Sides are mostly flavorless or salt bombs. 50.00 per person wouldn’t be worth it let alone 71.00.

The food was good, however service was not the greatest. We went on a Saturday night which I know can be very busy. We did not make a reservation as on OpenTable and on the restaurant website showed plenty of availability. When we arrived I was told that they were over booked and they were not taking any more walk-ins and turned us away. I immediately went on Opentable to check the availability and I was able to make a reservation within 30 min. I went back to the hostess and showed her the reservation I just made and she checked us in. We waited at the bar until our table was ready and we were seated outside. Our waitress was nice but it took over 40+ min before anyone brought meat to our table which was my fear of being seated outside on the patio. We requested a manager that did not come to our table. A different employee other than our waitress arrived to serve us, I had to ask him who he was since a manager never showed up and he said he managed the bar and customer service. Our service was bit better at this point but at the cost per person to dine here it should have been a better experience. I felt like we were dining at a basic chain restaurant, not a higher-end restaurant. When you go to a higher-end restaurant you are not just paying for the food you are also paying for the experience which in my opinion fell short especially when you are going out to celebrate a special occasion like we were, we were celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to dine here again.

Not worth the price. The buffet offerings were not replenished in the hour we were there. Our drinks didn’t arrive for 30 minutes. The meat was good but did not make up for the short comings.

Slow service refills & servers walking with meats took too long to come around the tables. Had to wave them down just to get some meat not impressed with my first time there.
