Sat down, and ordered the food, unfortunately we had to leave as the fire alarm went off, the manager was kind enough to give out $25 gift cards to use in the future

Inessa, Gabe, and Logan were amazing tonight !!! Genuinely made the entire experience so wonderful. They were on top of everything from refilling our water, making sure we were happy with all the food, checking in frequently, etc. Highly recommend coming to Fogo de Chão on Topanga, strictly to get this dining experience by them. 10/10 ambiance 10/10 food 10/10 service

We chose Fogo de Chao for our anniversary. One of us had eaten here before and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, it fell very short for us. When seated, one of us had a stack of pillows on our seat. It was a booth seat and I’m guessing the tables around us didn’t want their pillows so they stacked them up. The strange thing was I had to ask the hostess to move them. From there, it got hectic. The table to our left consisted of 4 children under 3 and their parents. The kids were having a great time, which is awesome, but they were running around and loud, so it became a little much. To our right was a couple who turned on and started watching a video on their phone very loudly. It wasn’t a great start to what we had hoped would be a nice evening out for the two of us. We requested to move tables and they were great in accommodating us. We moved to the far room, which was more spacious and dimly lit. We moved ahead to the food bar and piled some of the offerings, which were mediocre. My partner commented that they couldn’t see their food due to the lighting. Comedic moment when a clump of mustard was mistaken as a garlic clove. The meats continued to be mediocre. Overcooked and lacked flavor. There were only a few options, too, which was different than what the menu listed. The quality wasn’t there throughout the whole meal. There also was a chaoticness to the staff. Five different staff members asked us if we were celebrating anything. I will say that the waiter who ultimately waited on us was great. He was helpful and a sweetheart. I wish I recalled his name so I could give him a shout-out. Overall, the evening was a bummer. Not worth the cost.

Wanted to be discreet and called in before coming in to ask if they offered a complimentary birthday dessert for my friend and they said yes they would provide it. After we finished eating the server forgets to bring out the dessert. Didn't want to make things awkward for something complimentary so we just left. Will take my birthday dinner elsewhere in the future to avoid this situation.

We had reservations we got there on time restaurant was not fully packed and they still make us wait 30 minutes, food was great.
