We had reservations we got there on time restaurant was not fully packed and they still make us wait 30 minutes, food was great.

My family and i were loyal costumers and always go to the beverly hills location. However, this location in woodland hills always let us down. For 3 consecutive times. Overall they are slow and service is not great. I feel like even the managers are not professionals for handling service. After the second visit, we already said that we were never going back to this location because we had a reservation and my family still had to wait for 2 hrs to get seated and when we got inside, the meat rarely comes to any tables, because i think of poor planning on time management. We had to wait for 10-15 mins just for the meat. Our next table even told us that they’ve been waiting for an hour for the meats. (I feel like they want us to get full out of the buffet dishes). I also noticed that costumers seat more than 2hrs on the table just talking. If I was the manager or server, I would notice those and probably come up to them to check on them (which they wont notice because it seems like there’s always no servers around.) The third time, still the same thing, poor planning on time management, meats still comes out every 30mins-1hr. My family got PTSD from this place! 3 chances was too many, but this location is super convenient. But to conclude from the third chance, no more and i hope everyone else that would want to try this place, would not even consider. Just try the other locations instead if possible!

A lot smaller venue compared to the other locations. The low ceiling makes it feel cramped. Also, because of the position of the salad bar, people can only go through one way unlike the other Fogo locations, where you can go all the way around the salad bar. And since the tables are pretty close to each other, it makes it harder for the gauchos to come around with the meat. And speaking of, it felt like there were fewer meat varieties offered, like 5-6. Since we came on a Saturday, they had the brunch experience, which offered an omelette and waffle station. Having experienced the other locations (Beverly Hills, Pasadena, and DTLA), I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location. However, I must say that the staff were super friendly and amazing! Especially, Eliza and German! They took good care of our large group.

Service was 100 % improved from the past… The service from everyone was great !! And the flow of meats was great along with being asked if anything additional was needed.. Great job to managers!!

Honestly amazing service, amazing food, and amazing drinks and overall the best restaurant in the valley! First time there with my friend and we came for her birthday e both loved it and will be back many more times thank you again!

Would be nice if they give us the change back instead of assuming it was a tip. Picanha was really slow get to the table. Have to remind them multiple times. Overall was ok.

I love this place I have been coming just about every weekend for the last year LMAO… I love the food and experience everyone of the staff members is great.. Huge shoutout to Gold one of the gauchos for always showing love and good energy I must say drinks are a hit or miss at times but aside from that food and service is top tier noise level varies depending on the day and time as it does get busy at times

Had to wait 25 minutes for a 6:30 reservation only to be seated in a virtually empty back room. Ordered a Martini which was brought in a water glass saying they had run out of Martini glasses. Really? No thanks. Meats are incredibly salty and some cuts very fatty. Sides are mostly flavorless or salt bombs. 50.00 per person wouldn’t be worth it let alone 71.00.
