Fogo de Chão is an internationally-renowned steakhouse from Brazil that allows guests to discover what's next at every turn. Founded in Southern Brazil in 1979, Fogo elevates the centuries-old culinary art of churrasco - roasting high-quality cuts of meat over an open flame - into a cultural dining experience of discovery. This place really annoys me. Every time I go I get a different experience. And it's inconsistent. I love it here, but it's annoying to not know what to expect. Yesterday, we went to just have a nice dinner with my family. We decided on the $49 special when it was time to order dessert the server said dessert was not included. What? That's not what advertising said. And I didn't feel like making a fuss so we didn't have dessert. There is always some inconsistency with what is included. Last time for fathers day we got the full experience and never got lambchops which is what he really wanted.

The meat was very salty and the buffet food looked old. Rice was undercooked and the chicken bacon and pork belly very dry. At $75 per person not a very good value. Meat is not organic or grass feed and the Wagyu is not local.

Close to the end of the evening all meats were overcooked and waiters are nowhere to be found.

I have been to a lot of Fago's. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at this chain. The service was the biggest part it was HORRIBLE!!!! We were there for nearly 2 hours! We had to wait 20 minutes to even get a drink order and we had to stop someone to get it.

Came about a month before my last visit which was a great experience, this time not so much. This location is struggling to be consistent.

Dinner here was a pleasant experience. The salad bar had a wide assortment of tasty dishes to accompany the meats. The variety of table-side proteins was excellent and the desserts were great. Great value for the money.

A lot of food but music was loud and noisy. A lot of different t steaks some are tough great salad bar the pork sausage was too spicy I love expensive

Place was overbooked. Waited 50 minutes past the reservation time. It was a holiday ( Father’s Day) Once we were seated the service was excellent. Well staffed and very attentive. Food pleas delicious. Friendly and helpful service. Took the time to proved us with a through explanation of the menu options and recommendations.
