We sat at the bar for 10 minutes before the bartender who was right in front of us even looked at us. We felt invisible. The service was very poor and chaotic. Had to ask numerous times for additional side dishes. The people with the meat skewers came to only one side of the table at times There was a server making drinks at the table but didn’t divulge that they were more expensive than the ones ordered from the bar until we saw the bill we waited 40 minutes for a dessert then finally asked for it to be cancelled but they brought it anyway and said no charge. We later saw that they charged for it the restaurant is very pretty but very noisy and the chaos makes it very stressful. Won’t be back!

This is a 3:30pm reservation. Such a disappointment considering we have been to many Fogo’s and this location is just terrible. From service to food!!! Transition from lunch to dinner, ok but come on the salad bar not refreshed, like old wilted sad food. The moment they sat us, gave us the wrong menu and switched to dinner. Meat is just terrible, chewy and no flavor. The chicken was dry and hard as a rock. Our drinks toook forever to be served. Meat rotation was so damn slow. What a shame this location is, other fogo’s great food and experience. But this one??? Forget it.

I went to celebrate my birthday with my family of 7. It was a Friday night around 7 pm. I have never been to a Brazilian steak house before. First thing that was really annoying was actually finding the place. The place is hidden under the Q apartments. There is no dedicated parking, you park in the apartment valet, across the street at the village, or in the surface lot next door. The meats were good but they were taking forever to cook. There were several times where we had to ask for the meat at our table and they did not have all the options on the menu. The service was good but they did not have enough meat to feed my entire table. My sister went to the Beverly Hills Fogo location and she said it was better value for her money because she paid the same price but she got to try all meats and really take advantage of the all you can eat. At this location we went about 30 minutes without any one coming up to offer us meat. Not great value for the price. Would not return.

Last night we went to Fogo Chão with some friends for the first time. First off we had an open table reservation that they were not prepared for us so we had to wait around for about 15 to 20 minutes for a table. After we were seated, there was a lot of noise. We sat next to a very loud Table that we actually had to get moved to a different area. In general, it felt like there was like a big upsell on the menu…we went for the full experience. And overall, I just felt that the service was slow in bringing the food, especially supposedly the prime cuts of meat didn’t come till almost at the end of our meal when they eventually did come. we asked for mashed potatoes. It took 20 minutes to get to our table when they finally did arrive. They gave you a very small portion just overall for about $100 a person I would not go there again. The only saving grace for the dinner was that the drink That they offer called capa Rina was delicious and very well priced at $10. For the money, I’d go to Morton’s or Flemings or Ruths cris for a much better dining experience and way better food overall!

First time at the restaurant. Enjoyed the food bar. The quality of the meats were not on par with the price. I would rather have had a single steak at that price than pieces of various meats. It was also odd to be seated in the front left of the reception desk with only and all of the Asians in the restaurant. The seating was better for drinks; too reclined for dinner. We asked to be moved, which they obliged graciously. I probably will not come back having had the experience.

This location always seems to have issue with service no matter what day, time, or how big the party is. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always a hassle. They take a long time to come around with meat or bringing your hot sides. The cold bar is mediocre in my opinion, most things are cold and don’t accompany steak much. The meats of course are tasty and worth the price but i wish the overall experience was better. Don’t sit on patio or they’ll completely forget about you, we asked 8 different people for help since they don’t “assign servers” apparently. There were 1 or 2 really kind workers who were trying to help us in between their other tables but safe to say will be choosing another location if we decide to return.
