I went in there to try the Best of brazilian cuts for $44 but waiter said to try the full course which wasn't much of a difference. not many meats came out as i had expected from the full course for $70.

Beautiful place , the food won’t salty as other churrasquerias , and overall this will be my place to eat meat .

Service is usually very good at the White Plains location. Lately, the full experience has been below the standard quality. The meat rotation is very slow and we had to ask multiple times to be served. The location in NY is excellent and the rotation is the expected for this type of restaurant concept.

Fantastic ambience, and pleasant staff. We were a party of seven sitting on a rectangle table against a wall. I was annoyed because the kids were on the end of the table facing the pathway. When the servers would come up with meat, they would ask the kids if they wanted anything and would not come to the end of the table where the adults were. many times I had to call them back. It’s like they did not pay attention to the green circles. The meat was OK nothing phenomenal. Mashed potatoes were great cheesy buns were great. Plantains were average. Salad bar was mediocre. Rice and beans can also use some help. They kept on bringing the same for meats over and over. Then when asked if we wanted anything else we asked if they had lamb chops they said yes we asked for medium well. We consistently were brought medium rare and even after asking four times for medium well the medium well was still medium and red. I know this is a chain, but they have big shoes to fill in our area, considering the legacy that Copacabana left behind. Even Texas de Brazil has better meat and sides and salad bar. I miss Copacabana.: Their salad bar had a lot of fresh shrimp soups breads. Their plantains were fantastic. Service was always top-notch. This is a decent alternative if you’re looking for that experience, but I will not be returning.

The food was good, but the service was really low and not attentive… we had dirty plates and empty cans in our table for almost 1h and nobody to pick it up, despite the restaurant was empty and there was enough staff. We never met the manager (what always happens when we go to the NYC branch). No attendants speaking Portuguese. Very different experience compared to Manhattan, but all about the service, food was fine.

Food was terrible- went at 1pm felt like we were getting reheated meat. Everything was so dry- unless you get the top sirloin, which was the cheapest cut of meat. Salad bar was good though but meats were terrible

We have been to fogo de Chão over 200 times and this was by far the worst experience we have had any where in the Country.
