Horrendous service, at first it wasn’t bad. After waiting for service for 25 minutes I began to get agitated so I asked staff to find our server and have some food sent our way. 35 minutes later, still no server, no food and no wine. Terrific date night ruined by sub par service and a staff that is barely capable of communicating with its own clientele.

I absolutely love the new location its so convenient and no issues with parking. The only thing I would say needs to improve is the stock in the bathroom with paper towels and toilet paper but over all the managers came around to make sure we were well taken care of. We went to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday. Noah was our waiter. Highly recommend!

We had a reservation but was told there would be a 25 min wait. No area to wait but outside the restaurant and it was scheduled to rain. Thankfully we were called in before that happened. Great experience food was delicious. For the salad bar price, there should be more options. Especially to accompany the meat.

Food was great! Service is a little slow and our server only visited us twice but everybody else came to check with us. Still a good experience and will definitely be back.

The servers were friendly. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was generally poor. Too loud, and the tables were too close together. One member of our party was in a wheelchair, and there was no way to get to/from the salad bar or bathroom without asking several diners from other tables to stand up and move their chairs. This is a disability access issue. It was stressful and humiliating as a disabled person to have to navigate the restaurant in its current layout as a result. It was also generally uncomfortable for able-bodied people to walk between the tables without bumping into each other or creating a traffic jam. This is a safety for emergency evacuation if needed. Our table was also right by a register, and the servers were in our space the majority of the time we were there. One member of our party had to move to another seat as a result in order to be seen and make requests. It felt like being on a plane. The salad bar was smaller and with fewer options than other Fogos. As a vegan, the salad bar is the main reason one member of our party went. Even the feijoada is not vegan, despite the server telling them it was, which led to them accidentally eating pork!!! So it is not a good value to go solely for the salad bar if you are avoiding eggs, meat, and dairy. Also, they do not offer any vegan desserts at all. Finally, all of the members of our party (meat eaters or not) agreed the food was way too salty. We ended up needing > 1 liter of water each later in the evening to deal with the subsequent thirst. Too bad...I had some hopes for this new branch. In summary, it needs a better physical layout to allow for folks to travel to/from the salad bar and bathroom and to experience a less hectic atmosphere. Also, the salad bar needs expansion and inclusion of more vegan options to allow for a more inclusive environment--feijoada should come in a vegan version, and there should be vegan dessert options. Finally, there should be less salt in everything.

We went to Fogo de Chao to celebrate a birthday. The service was great, food and drinks were delicious. We ordered the Churrasco experience and had a wonderful experience. The price was amazingly reasonable. I highly recommend.

I've been to Fogo lots of times and all with fantastic experiences. Unfortunately my recent experience at the new Towson location was not good at all. I know this location just opened so maybe there are some growing pains, but I will definitely not return in the near future which is unfortunate because it's the closest one to me. The service was very slow and sloppy. We definitely did not see or were offered the full selection of meats available. A server would come around with a meat and walk away before serving the whole table (we all had our tokens on green). Water was hard to come by as well. We had to ask for water constantly. When a server finally did come with a water pitcher, they would only fill up a few of our glasses and then leave before we could ask for more. We ordered some drinks and a server cleared them away before they were finished. We had to ask for the side items which didn't arrive until about halfway through our meal. Regarding the meat we did receive; several cuts were either way over cooked or very very rare. It was not the type of experience I expect from Fogo.

We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our wait staff was unremarkable. We didn’t receive all the items that came with the meal. Left extremely dissatisfied.
