We had a great dinner. I think they are still working out the kinks but overall it was well executed.

Noah was a great waiter. All the staff helped to make my daughters birthday dinner one she will never forget.

Food tasted just as good as other locations. When steak was brought to the table, we were not asked what temperature we preferred. Cook temperature was how I liked it but I know other people at the table like it more rare. The biggest issue was the service. Took 20 minutes to receive any drinks or sides.

The night started off well, but ended with me having to ask multiple servers, multiple times for particular cuts of meat and never receiving any. It tainted the experience of being able to have what was called the “Taste of Brazilian”. Not sure if I will be returning. I don’t want to continue spending money for something that I don’t receive.

The service was poor. We kept making request and the waiter would forget. We asked 3 people for coffee, it never came until maybe 25mins later. We asked for straws repeatedly. Know came to remove dishes from our table. We put the plates on an empty table. Had to ask numerous times for lamb. Will not return. Sidebar: Lamb was good when I could get some.

The food was great and so was the service- but I think they just didn’t have enough folks or a clear division of duties. I know every one helps…. But there should be one person dedicated to the sides, water, drinks, clearing dish/table. The servers were all nice, friendly, and working hard! It was busy for a Wednesday night. When Baltimore first open- the service was impeccable - not so much now and Towson can be great with the right management.

Lobby was extremely crowded but that was to be expected with it being newly opened. Checking in was difficult because of the crowd but the hostess did her best when you consider the circumstances. Seated at a high top was not our first choice but the crowd dictated the seating. Initially the servers were bypassing our table presumably because they thought we were part of the bar and not the general seating. Once that was resolved service was very good and considering the crowd and newly trained staff the overall experience was on par with other locations.
