Didn’t know there isn’t an entrance from the parking garage you have to walk all the way around to the only entrance street side. Had my 80 year old mother with us. Had 4pm reservation wait staff was limited then exploded around 5pm. In future would make reservation 5pm or later. Nice selection on market table and the meats were very tender. Didn’t get mash potatoes or polenta with fried bananas til towards the end of the meal. Multiple servers after 5 pm when they all came in one didn’t know what the other one was doing when we asked for things. Need to designate servers for tables and not scatter them everywhere to wait on everyone.

Last night, I had dinner with my boyfriend and a friend at Fogo, which I chose based on my previous positive experience, particularly with their service. However, the service was VERY POOR last night. It took an unacceptably long time to receive a glass of water, and we had to ask at least 10 times for the meat we wanted. My boyfriend waited for filet mignon and didn't receive it until he had finished eating. If I had the option, I would give them a zero-star rating. Hopefully, you learned from this feedback so other customers don't experience the same bad experience we had during our dinner.

The place was literally packed with servers adding more tables. We waited 35 m to be seated despite having reservation. Service was very slow. The "side dishes" didn't arrive till the end of the meal. Our server was very polite and apologetic . The food was good.

I would have loved to have given this 5 stars, but some of the meat was over cooked and thick and really hard to chew. Some of the meat was quite flavorless. It was a bit disappointing.

Excellent service at this new Fogo location. The menu meets and exceeds our previous Fogo experiences. If you haven’t been to Fogo or haven’t been there in awhile, you need to go to Towson.

Overall it was a great experience. Staff was friendly, good quality was great and everyone enjoyed themselves. The Birthday twins were very happy with how the event went.

New location is bright and feel more welcoming. Love that the meat is roasting in the open. Very attentive staff with meat coming around. The staff would asked, without being prompted, if there was any meat or temperature you wanted. Great experience, I will be back.
