It is well built and decorated, but too small for a fogo! They need more wait stuff, we saw a table sitting for 20 min without being turned over, which is strange, considering u got pple waiting to be fitted. Another fix would be hosts!! I am used to cheerful hosts who welcome you with a smile.... those three need a lesson on smiling. Overall, the food was good and the noise level was down. Our waiter was lovely

This place was awful!! The bar service was fair and we should have sat there . We have been to the one in Baltimore many of times and you are constantly being served meat and the food bar is beautifully stocked . This place the salad bar was picked through not restocked and we had to constantly chase down servers for meat. When it did arrive we it was over cooked . We ended up leaving early disappointed in the whole experience. Our water was never refilled or our sides. We sat ignored

It was my birthday dinner and I wanted to experience it here. I paid for a full experience to be the lamb chops. After several times of asking for them, I only received two pieces the entire night. I could have just gotten the $39 special and saved half the price. Very disappointed‼️‼️‼️

I expected the meat to be more tender after all the hype I received. The filet mignon was tasty, but almost as tough as flank steak.

Dinner was great. I had lamb chops, filet mignon, sausage, chicken, plantains and the salad bar. I tried their Blood Orange Manhattan and had a dessert wine afterwards. They sent me a $25 off coupon for my birthday.

Didn’t know there isn’t an entrance from the parking garage you have to walk all the way around to the only entrance street side. Had my 80 year old mother with us. Had 4pm reservation wait staff was limited then exploded around 5pm. In future would make reservation 5pm or later. Nice selection on market table and the meats were very tender. Didn’t get mash potatoes or polenta with fried bananas til towards the end of the meal. Multiple servers after 5 pm when they all came in one didn’t know what the other one was doing when we asked for things. Need to designate servers for tables and not scatter them everywhere to wait on everyone.

Last night, I had dinner with my boyfriend and a friend at Fogo, which I chose based on my previous positive experience, particularly with their service. However, the service was VERY POOR last night. It took an unacceptably long time to receive a glass of water, and we had to ask at least 10 times for the meat we wanted. My boyfriend waited for filet mignon and didn't receive it until he had finished eating. If I had the option, I would give them a zero-star rating. Hopefully, you learned from this feedback so other customers don't experience the same bad experience we had during our dinner.
