I hesitated to write this review because I am hoping that some of the problems we had were due to the fact that this location just opened on Sept 2. There were 5 of us and we were celebrating our daughter birthday. My daughter and her boyfriend took my husband into the restaurant while my other daughter and I went to park the car. When we got to the restaurant we found my husband’s wheel chair pushed in to the end of a table of 4. We were so tight that we had to push my husband out every time I needed to go to the salad bar. That was 4 times during g the course of the evening because the two of us got salad bar only. He did not have a place mat like the rest of us until dinner was half over because I kept asking for one. We just rolled with the punches and my daughter got a dessert of her choice for her birthday. Then the check arrived and it was all wrong. There were items that were not ours on there and some of our items were missing. After two of the servers worked with manger for a while to get the bill corrected we just agreed to settle with last one they gave us. It was not totally correct. It pretty close to what I thought it should be. During the course of the evening my husband got his foot stuck under the t me leg and we quietly had to struggle to get it unstuck. We may try this restaurant in a few months to see if they have improved. There were other Ed they could have put us at that did not have the legs. And we should have been seated at a table for 5 snd not 4

They served all the tables around us but not us even with the green button. The price has also raised considerably with inflation. I still love the food and it is beautiful.

The lower rating is probably due to us not understanding the concept. We had so many servers and received different explanations. They seemed like they did not have to explain. I still do not understand what they had to offer. I had the Chilean Seabass which was absolutely delicious. (33.00) But the they wanted us to pay another $18.00 for the market place - there is no way someone can eat that much food. My husband payed $46 for steak & mash potatoes- they wanted him to pay for the market place. This was lunch a very expensive lunch. On a lighter note the drinks were not expensive at all. (We were eating during Happy Hour) Would have enjoyed it better if we could have enjoyed a quiet delicious meal (no Matter what the price) without having make decisions during the meal. Being constantly interrupted.

First of all the hostess seated people who came after even though they had same reservations time as us and we arrived ten minutes before them. I order a drink when first arrive at my table took a half hour it seemed until it arrived . Requested lamb chops as well they took long to arrive as well. I understand it’s Saturday dinner rush but they need to work out kinks at the new location. I am sure there even much alcohol in the two drinks we ordered. If there was it was not much. I didn’t take any of the chicken in experience because looked burnt and lamb was good but all the chops were well done. I think maybe kitchen crew needs more training. The whole experience was chaotic. The staff seems to everywhere and nowhere. The salad area is crazy because it’s right near the grill. We have been to Pratt street location many times and love it. P.S Wilfredo the meat server is good and he is friendly.

The food was excellent. Starting with the salad table, happy hour wine and all you can eat meat.

Wonderful opening. The staff was super welcoming and inviting. Drinks were top tier. Will absolutely be back. :-)
