Everything was excellent. Been here twice now and it’s worth returning. Staff was friendly and attentive.

My wife and I decided to dine here to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The choice was made primarily on the basis of marketing hype. I guess considering the prices on the menu we were seriously underwhelmed. Formica table tops and brown vinyl covered chairs, battery powered table top lamps that didn’t function (overall ambiance little more than Denny’s alebet walls lined with multiple shelves displaying bottles of wine.) noise level typically loud, service, in-attentive (except for one server from a different section that noticed our plite and came to our rescue) Return visit? no way

Made reservation via $25 birthday link through Fogo’s VIP Club. We told the waitress that it was our first time and that we were celebrating a milestone birthday. My boyfriend’s salmon arrived while he was eating his salad, I had not gone for my salad as I was enjoying my martini. His salmon was cold by the time I was given a plate to receive the entourage of meats. Apparently I did not have this ‘plate’ to receive my entree. We were there without a visit from our waitress for about 40 when she asked if I needed another ‘plate’. I told her I never received a plate and my green disc had been facing up without any delivery of my $72. Special. I had to ask two servers ( not ours) for a second cocktail. After nearly 2 hours without tasting the full menu of meats, we asked for a check. Zero water refills, not a single visit to see if we needed anything and not an offer to order desserts. We had to ask for the credit of $25. which we we had booked with our reservation. No need to return to this restaurant. BTW I waitressed in two well known NYC restaurants over the course of 10 years. I have never written a bad review about a restaurant until now. My friends love the one in Woodland Hills. We found the atmosphere comfortable and there is a potential for a pleasant evening but not at Fogo’s de Chao in Thousand Oaks. You will find an atmosphere of elegance, excellent service and superior cuts of meat at Maestros.

Jason is awesome like always. John was super. We celebrated our son’s belated 22nd birthday at his favorite restaurant watching the Dodgers win the playoffs!!!! Thank you for saving us the absolute best table to watch the game and the awesome service and delicious food!!!

The full experience is great for big meat lovers but pricey if you only want a little. The salmon was ok. The place looks great, beautiful.

We had a great meal , service was very good and explained things. The room was pretty loud though , they could have maybe spread the diner parties out more. Beyond that we will definitely go back on another special occasion.

First time going to this new location. The meats were actually cooked better than the other locations Ive been to.
