I've dined at this Fogo several times in the past and had a good experience. Unfortunately, the experience we had on August 17 was not up to par, mainly due to service issues. Our server, who was sweet, seemed to be waiting on more tables than manageable - I don't blame her; I blame poor management and staffing. Once we ordered our beverages and the "Market Table" (aka salad bar), our server didn't have time to check on us and I could see here in various parts of the restaurant running around. It appeared to me she had more than 8 tables, and while I appreciate they must bank on the fact that many guests serve themselves at the salad bar, as well as get cuts of meat from the roaming gauchos, checking on us for refills of drinks, water and clearing dirty plates would have been greatly appreciated. We had to flag down assistance for more water and our check, and I felt aggravated that I was tipping on $139.00 when the service level was so poor. Food wise: The complementary cheese popovers were dense and cold. The Market Table was fairly well stocked although suffered when I went back. We really didn't need the mashed potatoes and other fried items that arrived well after we returned from the Market Table. I usually like going to Fogo before an event at the Civic Arts Center, but may reconsider the next time.

The servers bringing out the cuts were great! The waitress were horrible. Had to keep asking for drinks, asked to get chimichurri sauce 3 times and never once did our water glasses were topped off.

The customer service was phenomenal and the side/salad bar was super delicious. Everyone who greeted us, our waitress and all the servers coming up with food were TOP NOTCH. The problem was the consistency and quality of the meats were all over the place. There were some that were mouth watering great while some were less desirable. It felt like the seasoning and marinated meats were all over the spectrum making it tough to completely enjoy overall. Definitely do the Taste of Brazil (if available) and you definitely will get your money’s worth with the all you can eat, but if you’re a big steak and meat person choose your meats wisely.

Food and service were great!! It was a little cold where we were sitting because the Air conditioner was blasting on us. A waitress Grazi came over with a jacket from lost and found for my 7 year old son because she saw how cold he was and brought him complementary French fries. She was sooo sweet!!

The service was excellent. The food was great. I recommend the wagyu porterhouse steak. It is served on a heated salt block. A perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. I’ll be back for sure!!

The venue is awesome the service is great, thr buffet is excellent. However the meat although tasty it can be a bit dry.

Loved it. Outside patio was way too loud and separated from service. We were inside which was great. Our server worked hard for us.

Wonderful, classy restaurant; however, the portions of meat came occasionally, but often, we had to ask. If you can eat massive amounts of meat, then I suppose it's a reasonable value, but for those who don't, too expensive. The "salad bar" (which is well beyond), is great.
