This was my second time. The first time was excellent. Waitress attended to me every chance she had. This time I don’t know if it’s just me or the waiter was a cocky one. The service wasn’t as the first one. The first time they had all my sides coming to the table this time after I was there eating meat some one came and offered something twice. I also ordered a drink the wait was so long I thought the person forgot then another lady. And and asked so I ordered another drink from her. While I was waiting the first server popped up so I had one unneccesary drink on my hand to pay for all because persons weren’t doing their job right. Food is good but I think maybe because business is booming now staff are getting complacent. The manager or lead person on the floor was very nice. She had great customer service skills. I couldn’t help but to admire how she went across the restaurant interacting with the guests. I loved that. She had a big puff she deserves to be highlighted. Hostess last night was also awesome.

This location is clearly working out the kinks still. We had to wait 30+ min after our reservation time before being seated. Lots of folks milling in the entryway, so clearly not just us having this issue. Probably 10 minutes after being seated before anyone acknowledged us to take our drink orders and provide menus. Drinks took 20 minutes to arrive. We never got our side dishes. The food was hit or miss - some cooked amazing, some way over cooked. Our server was SO nice when we did interact with her, it was just hard to ever find her and it was clear they were understaffed. Mid meal there were employees taking down tables and clearing them for the night - mind you we had a 6:45pm reservation. I have been to other Fogo de Chao restaurants and have always loved this place, but this was a very disappointing experience. Hoping they can get their internal workings figured out and up to par so we can come back and have an enjoyable experience.

Food was absolutely delicious, market side salad bar was better than other FDC locations, service was great!

I honestly don't get why you would come here. We received a card for a complementary dinner so we thought we would try it out. How bad could it be? We walked away with no redeemable experience to share. The overall ambience is what I expect a cruise ship dinning experience to be like. Overhyped salad bar - not great at all. Meat was good, but came around sporadically. We had to ask for the hot sides of Mashed potatoes (gummy) and the polenta fries (tasted like fry oil). The wine that we got was 'half off' marked down from $130 - and sells at $16.99 retail - so around a 750% markup. THAT IS INSANE. The service was odd. I mean they tried. But again, it's pretty much a buffet experience so what are they there to do. Our server seemed to have never used a cork screw before.

No doubt one of the best new restaurants in Seattle. Delicious food, great ambiance and excellent service. Special shoutout to Malu, Hosana and Lucas for making our experience wonderful each time.

Dined with 3 friends for all of our birthdays. The wait team made it fun, informational, and a great experience, and the FOOD was over the top. We're all still talking about it. We'll be back!

Service was really bad, we only actually saw our waiter once and we had to keep pulling random servers to get water or our drinks which they forgot for over a half hour. The meat did not come by very often and it was the same 2/3 cuts, even though we paid for the “expanded” menu and we never saw the beef ribs at all. When you are paying this much for food you really expect the service to be at least passable.
