Lost our reservation, had us sitting in the lobby for over an hour waiting. Waitress didn't care to come by our table, only to glare from across the floor. Inconsiderate staff.

Had a reservation for Valentine’s Day 3 weeks in advanced, our reservation was at 9:15 we did not get a table until 10pm.. never have waited for a reservation especially on a day for Valentine’s Day leaving us with bad taste in our mouth, food was great but no discount or anything offered for over 45 minute wait on a reservation

made a reservation for 9, got there at 8:50, didn't get seated until 9:40. we walked out when 10 rolled around and no server had greeted us. we watched a couple get seated after us, and their server came within a couple minutes of them getting seated. I'm very disappointed, I've been wanting to try this place for years, just to wait over an hour for nothing. my boyfriend and I were looking forward to spending our first Valentine's day together here, just for our night to be wasted waiting. when we checked in, it wouldve been nice to have an estimate; had we known that it wouldve been this long of a wait despite having a reservation, we would've gone somewhere else since we had reservations at other restaurants, but chose to go here instead.

Food was good but rotation of the food coming around was not very good. Was the same things and nothing different, our table was extremely wobbly. Waiter was worried about other tables and didn't come to ours very often. When we were first sat it took 15 min for anyone to acknowledge us or ask our drink order.

Terrible. We had a table of 6, including an infant. We were placed at the most inconvenient table and felt we were in the way. We received raw meat numerous times. Rice was also hard and hurt your teeth while eating. We felt forgotten most of the time. Waitress was missing a lot. The manager helped us but we probably won’t be returning.

We visited Fogo de Chão in downtown Seattle on Monday evening to celebrate our first anniversary. While the service was fantastic, we were disappointed with the market table items; for example, the prosciutto and cheese were dry. Additionally, the polenta served with our meal was stale and unappetizing. We did not provide this feedback during our visit. Overall, it was a lackluster experience, which was especially disappointing given the occasion.

Server was rude and a bit caddy. Took away from the over all enjoyment do the experience. Never came back to see how we were doing or for refills. When mentioned something to manager, she came back and called us out for talking to her manager.

what a great experience. We’ve been the one in Kansas City as well, and this one is by far the better of the two. Nice ambience well lighted the food was fresh and vibrant. Service was on point. The drinks were delicious and made well. The servers here were on point. Your plate was never empty. If your card was green, we will definitely be going back.

We were skipped multiple times with the meat barons and the chicken was under cooked. Not worth the price

A Disastrous Dining Experience—Save Your Money! We walked into Fogo de Chão expecting a premium Brazilian steakhouse experience, but what I got was a shockingly overpriced and underwhelming meal. $200 for a few bites of bad food—an absolute ripoff. The salad bar, once a highlight, was half-sized with tired, old ingredients that tasted like they had been sitting out for far too long. The quality of the meats was even worse—reheated, dry, and low-grade cuts passed off as premium selections. The so-called filet mignon? A sad, dried-out hunk of meat that had more in common with a leftover pot roast than a tender cut of beef. It’s painfully obvious that this location is struggling—few occupied tables, skyrocketing prices, and a shocking decline in quality. Instead of maintaining standards, they’ve opted to gouge customers while serving subpar, reheated, and uninspired food. The only redeeming quality? The staff. The servers were friendly, attentive, and did their best, but no level of service can make up for a meal this disappointing. We paid the outrageous bill, left hungry, and immediately went to another restaurant to get a real meal. Avoid this location at all costs—it’s a complete waste of money.
