Very nice staff, but things could have been a lot better. I ordered a vodka martini and the server was so confused what was in a vodka martini I had to write it out for her. My colleague ordered the picanha entree and she had to wait an hour for picanha to come by and didn’t get served until the rest of us were done eating. I’ve had great experiences at other fago de chao restaurants and this was very disappointing.

Long wait to get seated even with reservation. They apologized for it which was nice. We had to request for picanha. We mentioned when we finally got seated that we were there for picanha. The picanha tasted great! We enjoyed it. Side dishes were served just once throughout the meal. They didn’t bother to ask if we want more. Requested for another glass of wine but never got served. They didn’t refill our almost empty glasses with water. We had to ask for dessert menu. The place is noisy, the ambience is cozy. Hopefully they’ll improve their service tho.

Grand opening of fogo in Seattle. Not as nice as the one in Bellevue but food is just as good. Parking is a bit challenging. More street parking opens up after 8pm.

We came back for a second time at the Seattle location unexpectedly to celebrate an award. The Seattle location is awesome. Our server Derek was awesome, attentive and offered a dessert recommendation we'd never have thought to try otherwise. Get the Papaya Cream!

Bountiful salad bar and soups. Unfortunately, the variety of salads was not exotic as we had eaten at FDC in Orlando. Meat selection was not as varied as they kept bringing sirloin and dried chicken around but had to ask for filet , lamb and ribeye. Filet was excellent as was lamb and ribeye but had to ask for it as it wasn’t circulating.

For its second day being open, they were fabulous. All staff were very attentive, willing to help, and so friendly. The FOOD! Outstanding salad bar and delicious meats. Definitely recommend and they have earned a couple more repeat customers whenever we return to Seattle!
