Service was good but providing certain steak slowed at the end of our time. We made a late reservation so thankful the team worked us in last minute. Table was a tad cramped.

This was the third time we went to the restaurant and the meat took a long time to arrive at the table, it was cold, the waiter didn't come to ask if we wanted more drinks, the starters like the cheese bread only came because I ordered it at the end of the meal. And the worst thing for me, I arrived at 2:00 in the afternoon and paid the price for dinner. It was absurd, especially considering the service offered. The cost-benefit was very disproportionate. I was very disappointed, our second visit was not good either, but we decided to go back and unfortunately nothing has changed. I don't intend to go back.

Service was not good tonight. We never were offered some items that should have been included in the price. Played not cleared before dessert.

We thought the food was excellent but there were too many waitstaff that was asking the same things. Example one person asked if we needed a box for our desserts and then another person asked again. That was happening throughout the night. However, we had to ask for water and my wine did not come until I was halfway done with my meal. However, the quality of food and the people serving it were great.

It was our son’s birthday The waitress was nice in her greet and taking her order after that we did not see her again. We had to ask for anything that we needed the meat and stuff did not come by as often as we would’ve liked it then we had to flag down to the sides or anything else we needed. For the price it should’ve been a better experience.

Our wait staff was horrible. We never got anymore bread after asking. Was served ice tea with no ice. We asked for ice twice and never got it. The ice was asked for by two different people. We also waited on straws forever as well. We also felt rushed at the end of the meal with them wanting to clear out table. Three different people asked if we were finished and wanted to clear our table. No refill on potatoes or polenta for four people at the table. I was very disappointed with the service.

Food was okay but customer service from staff was excellent. The temperature inside of the restaurant was super cold. Some guests either had on jackets or were going back to their cars to get jackets. There did not seem to be a lot of variety in meat selections during the dinner, which was strange from past experiences at other Brazilian restaurants. The pineapple mint lemonade and molten chocolate cake with ice cream were phenomenal.

Great first experience! The meat was so good. Table side service was mostly good although we had to wait a little while for meat servers to come over. Overall would recommend and would return again.
