I booked it for my son’s 16 birthday celebration. I mentioned it in booking, to the host, to the server and to the costumer service that I want to celebrate his birthday with a candle and I ordered 3 desserts to do so. The waiter shows up to bring only the pastries and no candle. He puts in on the table an leaves so indifferently. I asked for candles and they said they don’t have it. The customer service person comes to the table and says we just don’t have it. So indifferent so cold. For the price of 400 that I paid for four people I at least expected to celebrate my son‘s birthday for the reason that we went there. Altogether the service was slow and really low quality

We enjoyed the food, the drinks and the dessert. It took some time to get our table even when we had reservations but once we were seated the service was fast and courteous with several people attending our table. It was a little pricey in my opinion but we had a good time. I think it’s better if you go when you’re really hungry or you go with people who eat a lot, like teenagers or athletes for example.

They were late on seating us by 40 mins and we missed Brunch . I mentioned it to the server and they corrected the bill. We had to change tables when seated table cloth was dirty . Had. A very nice waiter Eric . The food was amazing! Over great birthday for my daughter!

The service could not have been worse. Even after complaining about not having drinks refilled and side dishes delivered, service remained terrible. There were no plates at the salad bar. The meat was brought around sporadically. We have been to several other Fogo’s in the area and will not return to this one. They need to hire more staff. The poor service overshadowed the good food.

Oh my gosh!!! Had our annual brunch with my favorite people who happen to be my favorite ex co-workers and top it off with delicious food was everything. The servers were very attentive, especially Zoe. She was the sweetest human ever. She was always coming by our table to check on us and making sure we had what we needed. This place is great to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries or just to catch up with friends. You can’t go wrong with Fogo de Chao.

Not a good experience at all. The service was terrible. The atmosphere is terrible. The food was ok. I have no desire to ever go back.

Outstanding service but the meat was tough and lacked taste. This was surprising because all other FdC I have been have good meat. But this one was terrible. Though, again, service was very good and everyone was nice. I was very surprised at the meat though.

Everything was amazing honestly. I’ve been to other locations only thing i didn’t like was that the meat cutters weren’t coming around as often as other locations and I had to ask for a couple specifics meats. They were brought out promptly but that was the only downside

It was a busy night as we celebrated my mom's birthday with a party of six. I had made a reservation earlier this week, and our table was situated very close to the front door. At first, the meat servers kept skipping us for some reason. However, after I brought the issue to their attention, the management addressed it right away. And we had a great night! Definitely will come back next time

Surprised and disappointed that with reservations there was over a 45 minute wait. Service was slow, had to request same item 3 times before it arrived. I understand it was busy, but continuous waiting is frustrating and undermines the entire experience.
