This was our 2nd time dining here, we made a reservation for the Saturday before father’s day but ended up giving up when we learned they were seating over an hour behind. Today was much calmer, and food was great, but service was super inconsistent. We were seated at 6pm, a large party came in around 7, and after that our server didn’t check on us for a solid hour. During that we got no water and only maybe 1 or 2 cuts of meat came out. We didn’t catch someone’s attention to order dessert until about 9, and when we got our molten lava cake the ice cream was melted and the cake was cold. The staff was very kind and apologetic, but there is clearly a huge issue in management. I’d recommend either going and supporting a local brazilian steakhouse or going to another location if you want to try fogo.

Our table server was very kind and tried to her best she can. But we have to wait for the food such as meat at not coming to us. I have to ask to the server, where is the beef?

Me and my husband had brunch today . We had great time there with fresh and delicious foods and amazing service from Isaiah whom has tattoo on his face😃. Thanks Isaiah ! Will See you very soon!

This was the 4th time at this location in Pasadena. Table-side service is always slow. This past Friday my wife and I went on a date night, slow service is not big deal because we were not in a hurry. But getting red meat at our table was very sparse. We were asked 3 times by our server what cut of meat we would like and waited a good 10 to 15 each time to have anyone stop by all 3 time we asked for picanha and ribeye and all that came around was all kinds of chicken. It was a pretty bad dinner service, our table was by the grill counter and we watched servers and the back of the house serve themself meat off the grill and walked to the back with their plates while we were waiting for our meat. With a price tag of $70+ per person, it is not worth it. I've been to the Beverly Hills location and it's a totally different experience.

We went to Fogo de Chao many times in the past. The food and services have been gone down from the past. The salad was not as good as before. Less options. The servers who bring the meat, came very slow. Not enough people to service. I guess inflation has caused them to cut down some of the costs.

There for a wine tasting dinner. Every course was delicious and paired perfectly with the wines. The food and wine portions were very generous. One small, correctable quibble was that some of the meats very excessively salted on the outer crust (which I think is the best part otherwise). Obviously, this is a meat lovers paradise, and an occasional visit is a great treat.

Enjoyed a terrific wine dinner at Fogo in Pasadena. Great food. Wonderful service. The wine was terrific. It was nice hearing about the winery and Chilean wines as we enjoyed the dinner. Fogo is also about the presenation. Service is part theater. Great fun. Highly recommend.

The food is fantastic, the restaurant is well-decorated. However, the tables are too close, and I feel cramped in the center room.
