Food was pretty good, service was good for first 15 minutes and then went way down from there. Our waitress was sent home after waiting on us for 15 minutes “because she had been working all day”. At one point, over 20 minutes went by without any staff coming to our table.

The service dropped a little in comparison to the first two times my family and I went to the restaurant, please pay more attention to the customer's needs there were a couple of occasions when we needed some service and couldn't find anyone to assist us.

It’s a lovely restaurant with delicious food, although it tends to be overly seasoned and quite salty. It’s fun to have all the different meats come around and be offered. The best was the lamb sirloin, and the rib steak. Sadly, the filet mignon was overcooked and tasted way too marinated. The salad bar is very nice and a good value as are the included delicious Brazilian side dishes, including cheese bread, polenta fries, caramelized plantains. We did have to really fight for a nice cozy private table and we wanted that since it was a romantic occasion, but the Manager was able to accommodate that and even sent over a fish sampling and champagne. Very nice!!!

I frequently visit this location and I’m overall a fan of the rodizio experience but I always have the same issue where the service lacks. Either they don’t bring around that many meats and after two or thee meats they stop bringing them for like 20 min or the servers have an attitude if you ask for more bread or request a different meat.

Wish we were able to taste everything listed in Best of Brazil menu, we were served mostly same items - maybe since reserved for 8:30pm and they wanted to wrap it up not too sure. We were a large group and servers seemed annoyed. Wish experience was better for such a hefty price.

Our experience here was less than idea, definitely not worth it for that cost. The food itself was good, but the gauchos did not stop at our table consistently (We were seate by the patio). Service was very friendly but slow and frustrating. We had to ask for the same things several times. We started our dining experience and it took about 20 minutes to get the beer we had ordered when our server first stopped by, even after more than one reminder. It took about 30 minutes to get the mashed potatoes, bananas and polenta to our table, again, even after asking several times. Same with the bread. Our server said he had informed our manager that our experience was not as expected, yet no one ever stopped at our table to check on us. I was visiting from AZ and I thought Fogo in Scottsdale had inconsistent service. They are shining stars compared to my experience here. Definitely regretting having spent so much for such a bad experience.

Very little check-back after our order was taken and our drinks delivered. We had to flag another server down to order a drink refill and it didn't come until we finished eating and were finalizing our bill. The food was excellent, as it always is.

The meat portion of the meal was mediocre. The salad bar, however, was amazing. If I went again I would just order the salad bar. The seats were uncomfortable. We sat at a table which had a chair on one side and cushion on the other. The cushions need to be redone as you are far below the table.
