We have been to the Dallas location several times and had fabulous experiences. This location and experience was disappointing. We were rushed through our meal and experience yet somehow had to wait for everything. For example, we waited 5 minutes for a fork to eat our dessert. But we got our check before we got our dessert. They use a team service system, but they don’t have a clear routine for how to work it. So numerous people asked if we were waiting on anything (because we had not gone the cold bar yet). We told them all we were waiting for our cocktails and soft drinks. Yet nobody went to get them. All of the meats were overcooked. We were offered sausage numerous times, but only one of us was offered lamb even though we all expressed that we wanted some lamb. We were disappointed. We will not return to this location until someone I trust tells me they have resolved these service issues.

The meat experience: cooking, flavor… wasn’t what we were expecting, it was okay, they took a long time to bring the wine we ordered so we could enjoy our food with it in time. It was a One time only experience we are probably wont go back.

The food was too salty, The server came by and offered a refill to my drink 15 min later she decided I was drinking tea not coke zero anymore. Seemed like we had to ask servers to stop for meat other tables around us were given meat directly from kitchen and were always an after thought. Guess that's because we didn't want to spend 61.00 per person instead of 39.00. Beet salad tasted like dirt. We will be returning to Rodizzos.

The atmosphere hits you as soon as you enter. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and work as a team. The servers are all accommodating, exceptional, friendly, polite, and ensure the complete experience is top-notch. The food was delicious!! Of course, HOT AND FRESH!!! What an amazing evening!

We participated in the Caipirinha Celebration Party on our visit. The 2 drinks and 11 different samples of bar bites was an excellent deal for $29.00 per person. Loved the drinks and all of the food! We will definitely keep an eye out for more special events as this.

Everything was tasty, delicious and with generous portions. Our waiter forgot us a few times but 2 other servers kindly came when we asked for service. Overall, we will definitely return.
