We were giving this place a second chance, and we were wildly disappointed. Our server introduced himself and took our drink order, didn't give us the medallion to get food left, and never came back. We had to flag someone down to give us a medallion (we asked for the full experience), we ended up being Ignored by most the meat servers, by the end we had to flag yet another person down to able to get our check. We wanted another beer and desert but decided against it after being ignored most the night. When the meat was coming our way, the only cuts that were decent were the filet minion and garlic steak. Everything else was overcooked and seasoning off. We had to wave over the meat, or they would walk right past.

It was a weird experience. First time going. Didn’t get the experience you would expect from a finer dining restaurant. Seemed very overcrowded and loud. Music was loud and drinks took a while to come out. Food was great but it was more overstimulating atmosphere-wise than we were expecting.

Wide open reservations on OpenTable? DO NOT believe it. We walked in to a lobby with 30+ people waiting. The poor hostesses were doing their best. We could see empty tables. Restaurant has some serious logistic problems. Seated 20+ minutes after reservation time. Food was great, meat service was frequent and plentiful. Servers were charming. Our particular waitress was way out of her depth, we first saw her 45min into our meal. Other random staff were assisting us. We ordered dessert and didn’t see her again for 20+ minutes. Buffet was varied and interesting, food selections are on the adventurous exotic side which we enjoyed. Restaurant interior is beautiful and ambiance was great. Everything was very clean. Drinks were creative, generous pour. My suggestion: go early or late, before 5:30 or after 8pm. We will be back.

We had a group of 10 and of course some ppl were late. I never felt rushed by the staff, they assured me my table was ready when we were. It was a great experience and the food was amazing. Even though the place looked full, we got quick and accurate service. I'm glad I took the chance on this location with a group

Fogo has always been one of our favorite splurge restaurants, so we were very excited to be getting one in OKC. We have gone out of our way to dine at them in Vegas, Dallas, Houston, etc. and never been disappointed. I read the recent reviews and hoped management had made necessary changes of complaints about poor service. It took a long time to even get water after we were seated, and service was way below average compared to others we have dined at in the past. Meat selections were not great and had to ask for Filet, and the Picanha was dry and overcooked. Sadly, we will not be in any hurry to go back and give them another chance after today's experience.

Enjoyed The Market Table buffet for Sunday brunch. Loved the many selections of foods to choose from.

Meat selection was slow to be served. Taste was fine but there were long periods between meal selections. The birthday desserts were very good and nicely presented.

Had 8:30 reservation and still waited 30 min to be seated despite multiple empty tables. once we sat down we ordered 2 drinks and water…both my wife and i had time to go the bathroom and the salad bar separately without any drinks being brought. Salad bar was pretty underwhelming but ok. Started getting meat service and all the steak cuts were way overcooked and well done….these were not edible. The speed of service with the meats was very slow and seemed poorly organized as we had the same cut of meat come 3 times in a row. As my wife and I get very few nights alone this was very frustrating…at this point we asked for the check and left. They were nice enough to take off our meals but we still paid for our drinks which we finally got but were wrong. Server was nice and we left her more than our bill in a tip as this was not her fault. I would recommend Texas de brazil over this place and we will not be returning

Food and service was outstanding. Our Server was Raymond and he did an awesome job. Fogo de Chao the new in Oklahoma. The best to go too.
