This was our first experience at this restaurant. The restaurant environment, quality of food and service lived up to all the hype that we had heard about from various reviews and online influencers. We chose the Churrasco Experience on a Sunday afternoon which included the Brunch Market Table. Our favorites were the Picanha (both top sirloin and lamb), among the already other delicious and tender steaks. The cheese bread and caramelized bananas were our favorite sides. The brunch market table provided a great respite from the continuous stream of meats arriving at our table. The servers came around several times to offer the meat, ask us how everything was and if we needed anything in particular. They were happy to fulfill our requests for whatever we needed. We had brought with us a list of everything we wanted to try on the menu. James the concierge, ensured that we were able to sample every item on our list. Our server Angie made sure that our glasses were always full, our cheese bread and caramelized bananas regularly replenished and that clean plates replaced our used plates. Overall, it was a very memorable experience.

I'm not normally one to complain, but we did not have a good experience. It was extremely crowded and the tables were packed very close together. The service was just not good. Our initial server was very slow and actually a bit rude. I think he was busy and overwhelmed to be honest. Then he just disappeared and we had 3 different people that would come to our table to clear plates or refill waters and I guess check on us but not one of them checked to see if anyone needed actual drink refills. One person in our party ordered something else other than the experience and we had to check on that because it took a very long time. Dessert also took a very long time to come after we were finally able to order it. The lava cakes were cold and ice cream completely melted. For the experience, they would come around to the one end of our table and then walk away to another table. I had to actually tell them sometimes to go ask the others at our table. There wasn't much of a variety that came out as well. For the cost of the experience it was just not worth it. We have been to another location and would go back there or another steakhouse all together before we would return to this location.

We go often but last night was the best yet! The food was so flavorful and the staff as always were amazing. Very attentive! Thank you!

The food, service, and quality of our experience was outstanding. Our relative's birthday was wonderful at this restaurant and they gave a beautiful dessert for her birthday. Great restaurant!

I have been to this location 3 times now in the last 2 months and I have always loved the service. Today was no exception . Our server was super nice, The food was amazing ! The ambiance wa just perfect!

My husband and I attended the caipirinha event at Fogo a while ago and had a good time so we decided to bring our daughter to Fogo for her 17th birthday. Unfortunately we were disappointed in the experience this time around. While our server was very kind and seemed like a nice young lady, the service was just slow overall. The wait time in between bringing out the drinks and appetizers and food was kind of ridiculous for the restaurant to not be very busy on a Monday night. Appetizers were good but all came out separately. I unfortunately did not get to enjoy my meal with my family. It was a little embarrassing having to sit at the table without any food while my husband and daughter ate. We ended up having to ask the server about my lamb chops which seemed to have been forgotten about. I ended up getting them to go instead because my husband and daughter were done with their meal and my food still had not been brought out. (I was also underwhelmed by the lamb chops once I got them home. They were flavorless, overcooked, and butchered to hell. Bone shards were mixed in with the meat, wrapped in foil.) Again the server was very kind and removed the lamb chops from the bill and we were all given free deserts for my daughter’s birthday, which we were very thankful for. Overall it just wasn’t the experience that I wanted my daughter to have on her birthday. and I can’t say we will be visiting Fogo again.

Estefania who was the manager on duty was hands down the best representative for Fogo De Chão. Oakbrook will be the only one I go back to because of the ambiance and staff. Thank you for making us feel welcome.

Drink order never came for me. Reminded waiter twice. Vegetarian menu -asked twice before receiving. Service was not good. Talked to manager. Offered free dessert. I declined since we had plenty of food.
